    Great hotel, bad location!

    The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. While the overall experience was good, the location was not ideal—especially for families—which would likely prevent us from staying here again.

    The hotel is located in a central part of Athens. The room was compact, small but functional. However, the sound insulation in the windows was very poor, so the noise from the street was quite noticeable. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, so there was no way to make and drink tea or coffee. In the bathroom, the glass intended to prevent water from splashing out of the shower cubicle was very narrow, so when you showered, the entire bathroom floor ended up flooded. In short, this hotel is a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star one.

    Bonus hotel for an unforgettable trip in Athens

    Located 8 minutes away from a metro station which links the 3 major squares. The room was clean, spacious, and functional, with a functional bathroom. The room was facing the street, so it was noisy, but tolerable. The breakfast had some variety: delicious sausages, yummy poached eggs, fluffy baguette, rusk bread, and local cheese assortments. There were varieties of pastry and Greek yogurt. It was a bonus to have this breakfast included. The room price matched the low season trend. There was a mini fridge in the room to keep refreshments. It was a pleasant experience to spend a week in Athens. Lastly, the Mini Greece museum is is around the corner. 😍

    where to start? We booked this hotel late on the day, but that can’t excuse the room we were put up in. Literally metres from a main road, with traffic 24/7. The blinds allowed light in. We were given one pillow each and had to request extra bedding. As an added bonus, I found two hairs in my scrambled egg this morning. hotels should have a duty of care to guests — giving them loud rooms (that are no more than storage facilities) is a disgrace in this day and age. Credit to the man at the desk who was super polite and did what he can, but this place is an absolute disgrace.

    Having read the reviews of how unsafe the location of this hotel is, I tried to change my booking with easyJet and they wouldn’t let me. Please read the reviews of this hotel. It is in a very unsafe area. I was not prepared to take my daughter there so I had to book another hotel which cost me a lot of money.
