  It was a good election for an affordable budget

  The hotel meets expectations. Everything works fine, the rooms are simple but adequate. (we went to two different ones). Front Desk personal work 7/24 and they are pretty friendly. Location has two faces. The street where the hotel is located is not the best, but 100 mts left there is Athina street and everything changes. Only we had a minor problem. When room's doors closes, the produce an intense noise that wake up you frequently.

  Terrible experience, two passports went missing while we was out of our room. Front desk was absolutely useless, cleaner denied seeing them in the room. Couldn't wait to get out and checked into another hotel why we have to sit and wait days for the embassy to open back up. My sons birthday trip ruined by the whole experience and poor service received by the staff. Luckily we found another hotel to stay in while we wait to try and get back home. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all if you want your belongings safe. Combined with the room search performed in your presence, these findings show the claims to be baseless.Here are the facts for those reading:The Cruise Contradiction: You traveled on a cruise during your stay. When we asked how you boarded without a passport, you were visibly nervous and claimed to have used "printed copies." In our experience, physical documents are required for such travel, and your hesitation at that moment was very telling.Uncertainty: During our room search, you specifically told us you would "check your luggage when you got back," which proves you were not certain the documents were even in the room.The Police: If a person is 100% sure a theft is happening, they call the police on the spot. You chose not to do this. You only "became sure" once you were safely home, which is incredibly unfair to our staff.Staff Integrity: Our housekeepers have been with us for 3 and 10 years. We do not hire "from the door"; we only hire through trusted references. Their honesty is why we have hundreds of 5-star reviews for trust and cleaning.Accusing a person of a crime without proof is a very serious matter. I am sure you wouldn’t like to be accused of something based only on words, right? The hotel is often an "easy victim" to blame because it is a stationary location, but we suggest you recall the other places you visited including the metro, cafes, and buses.We trust you will recall your travels and do the honorable thing by removing or editing this review.   My passports were stolen by the cleaner. Very minimal and not a great atmosphere Hotel Management, General Manager at Athens Psiri Hotel, responded to this review ​Dear Devon H,​We have already addressed this claim in detail on your other review. To summarize: you successfully traveled on a cruise during your stay (which requires physical documents), you admitted during our room search that you were "unsure" and would check your luggage at home, and you chose not to involve the police at the time.​Interestingly, while you accuse our staff of a serious crime, you still rated our cleaning a 3/5. This inconsistency, combined with your hesitation to contact the authorities onsite, speaks volumes about the validity of your claim.​We stand 100% by our staff of 3 and 10 years. We invite anyone reading this to look at our hundreds of 5-star reviews regarding our honesty and cleanliness.   Excellent Athens Hotel.

  Location just 15min walk from all the big sightseeing sites. 5min walk from a main metro station, so t's an easy commute to/ from the airport.Room/ en-suite was large, modern, and clean.24hr manned reception. Area felt safe for 2 women walking around at night.I have already recommended to friends who amay be travelling to Athens.

  Perfect location, lovely clean room, views from the window not the best, but you don’t go to Athens to look out the window, would stay again because it was such a good location.
