    DO NOT STAY HERE. The place is FULL of bed bugs. I have no idea why its not mentioned in any other review here because on other sites they mention beg bugs from 2024 onwards. I stayed one night and had to leave (I booked for 3 nights) because all my things were now full of bed bugs. I had to spend extra money to kill them all and now wont be able to sleep soundly for the next month.

    I stayed in the private room for 3 nights and had a brilliant sleep each night in a nice cool room with working air conditioning. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite and the location was really convenient for getting back and forward to the main attractions. There was quite a lot anti-tourist graffiti in the area but everyone was extremely nice in person and local businesses were happy to serve you in English - something I thought worth mentioning if people researching are hesitant about the Exarchia neighbourhood.

    I'm running out of words to recommend this place. It's located in a quiet shaded walking street, in a lively (albeit not beautiful) neighbourhood full of shops and restaurants. All rooms are lovely, comfortable, clean, and nicely arranged with "real" furniture that make it feel homy - and several have access to a terrace or a balcony, or at least plants outside the window. It feels like being at home, if your home is a beautiful, well kept, colourful city house haven, with a tiled green patio, and a friendly team to help with everything. If I come back to Athens, I will stay nowhere else.Nearby recommendations for Specialty coffee enthusiasts: "Taf" and "Motiv" on Emmanouil Benaki Street. (walking distance)

    Lovely place in a great neighbourhood 🌟

    This place is in a fantastic neighbourhood. It’s not too touristy and all the nearby restaurant and bars are full of locals with a bustling atmosphere. Staff here were super friendly and helpful. They were able to give us great recommendations and advice whenever we asked. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Bathrooms were well provisioned with toiletries. Great breakfast spread provided in the morning. Our room was next to the courtyard so I can imagine during tourist season it would be busy or noisy, but for us it was absolutely no problem.

    We arrived at 5.30, we had been sent instruction on how to get in. So no panic about such a late arrival. Our room was cool and welcoming, the first morning was lovely after so little sleep. We had breakfast in a cool shady courtyard garden,We stayed for 6 days which was enough time to get round Athens and its ample history, it also gave us time to settle in as it were. The ladies at Athens Quinta we brilliant. On hand knowledgeable kind and helpful. We were not exactly central, it was central enough to walk everywhere
