    Uncomfortable stay due to excessive room temperature

    Room temperature was consistently around 24.5°C due to a centrally controlled system set to heating mode. This made it very difficult to sleep.Optimal sleeping temperatures are around 16–18°C, so the room conditions were clearly not suitable.I raised the issue multiple times during my stay. The only solution offered was a fan, which did not resolve the problem.Afterwards, the hotel refused any compensation and simply declared the case “closed”.

    The hotel is terrible. A lot of construction noise everywhere. We have booked 2 nights and told them the same day that we won’t stay there second night. They didn’t return the second night payment. Hotel is empty but they talk about policy’s. Hospitality business is suffering because of these cheap attitudes. Opportunistic people.

    Stayed for one night only but got great treatment, a free executive room upgrade. Short walk to the beach or cafes in vouliagmeni & the astir marina. Downsides are the lack of elevators & incomplete breakfast buffet but the value for money is appropriate.

    Brilliant little gem.Hotel is perfect location, staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly and rooms are lovely, clean, new and modern. Calm and relaxing vibe.Walking distance from the lake, beach and restaurants. Me and my wife have had brilliant few days away at this place.Would definitely recommend.

    We visited last week, we were in the area to attend a wedding, it is a lovely boutique hotel, has all the basics to enjoy the stay there, staff very helpful and friendly.It is easy access to the beaches of the area and other attractions, would recommend as a base point from which to explore.
