Location

This luxury boutique hotel is centrally located at the foot of Mount Lycabettus, about 1.5 km from the town centre. It is situated next to the American Embassy and the Megaro Mousikis concert hall. Ampelokipoi metro station is just 5 minutes away on foot. Athens Olympic Stadium and the National Garden are about 3 km from the hotel, while the Acropolis Museum and Syntagma Square can both be found within around 1.5 km of the hotel. The National Gallery is 800 metres away and Larissis train station is around 12 km away. Athens International Airport is approximately 20 km from the hotel.

Facility

5 junior suites, 5 suites and 21 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     4 star hotel not worth the money

    Absolutely appalling. Staff unfriendly and not willing to help. Couldn’t connect to WiFi on 4 th floor and was moved to a room where someone had clearly slept on the bed and it had not been refreshed. The shower head had to be handheld as there was nowhere to attach it on the wall. Was moved to another room which was in poor state. Things were broken. And WiFi was intermittent. Took photos of everything. Had to cancel several work meetings. Apparently they have just installed a new gym - one treadmill and a few weights next to the cleaning cupboard! I had to book myself into another hotel. Hotel staff could not care less. They’re refusing to refund me despite the issues. Give this place a miss!

    A convenient location to the center part of the city, hop on hop off bus tours. Very supportive and helpful staff. Good breakfast menus.

    2nd time there and bit disappointed

    Needs serious maintenance. My side bedlight was flushing as a disco light. Pillows hard as we are in the army, not enough toilet paper , noisy and TV not programmed so completely dark. I will give them one more chance only because of the location but if they disappoint again it will be the last. This was my 2nd time in the hotel.

    This hotel does not meet the standards typically associated with a four-star rating; in my opinion, it more closely aligns with two stars. The location, facilities, and overall quality were below expectations. There is no bar or restaurant on site, and while breakfast is provided, I found it unsatisfactory. Seating for breakfast was insufficient relative to the number of rooms, which resulted in guests having to wait for available seats.The lift accommodates only two people, so delays are frequent when entering or exiting the building. The area offers limited options, and some nearby establishments appeared to charge significantly higher prices for food and beverages (for example, two small beers and two waters cost 30 euros). As a result, we often opted to take taxis or walk to the main city center.In my view, the property would benefit from a comprehensive refurbishment. This hotel was booked as part of a cruise package and we were unable to make changes to the reservation; however, I would not choose to stay here again.I have attached some pictures of our room, you can make your own mind up and the standard.
