    We booked the 2 bedroom 2 bath Acropolis view room and could not have bern happier! We had 2 mini fridges, an enormous wrap-around patio, and were close to plenty of cafes and shopping. Note: the listing describes rooms as having a kitchenette, but it has only the mini fridges. Definitely a great value!

    I am in two minds about this hotel so will give the pros and consPros1. Location is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere with no need to take the metro 2. The room was really big and newly refurbished, bed was comfy and shower was great pressure. Toiletries were high quality also3. The bar downstairs does really great food we ate here twice for breakfast/lunchCons1. The bathroom is completely open, this was no trouble for me and my partner but I would not recommend this for new couples or friends as there is not much room for mystery. 2. Hotel is no frills which is fine but you have to pay extra if you want to check in early (whereas most hotels would let you if the room is ready). Also you have to pay for cleaning. While we didn’t feel we needed proper room cleaning… in a country where you can’t flush the toilet roll I would hope they could at least come in and change the bins. The man on reception said we could ask if this was needed but you shouldn’t really have to ask in my opinion… 3. It may just have been our room but it was incredibly noisy at night with the bass from the bar below playing music. I was able to block this out but my partner had a bad nights sleep the whole time we were there with the music going on until 1AM even on week nights. On top of this when you do get to sleep the church bells next door start at 6.30AM. While some of the noise can’t be helped, perhaps they could offer ear plugs or have a word with the bar. While it fitted our needs I am not sure if I would recommend this hotel to my friends/family purely due to the noise.

    Nice hotel with a nice view and balcony with good location

    We liked the concept. Easy checkin and stay. Easy access by everyone in the room via mobile, and no need for annoying room key. We only stayed 2 nights, so there was no need for cleaning during this short stay. The welcome gift and card was much appreciated. We ere asked by a lady in the reception how the stay was. The suite was nice and big and airy. Even though it was more than 40 degrees C in Athens these days, the suite was nice and cool. The area and surroundings was good, and it was a calm neighborhood with no traffic outside. Short walk to everytihng, restaurant, shopping street, Acropolis and what you need-

    Worst hotel ever! No A/C control in room / no tel.set in room -{ no wake-up call} / no visible employees / relying totally on my cell phone for any hotel personnell communications ( e-mail only) / no access without cell code / claustrophobic slow elevator / very noisy party neighbourhood all night long / never slept at all /
