    The Cecil Hotel is in a very good location,in Monasteraki.It is located in the heart of Athens.Close to Akropolis,and Metro station. The room and the bathroom are small but very clean.The staff is welcoming, attentive and helpful.Especially Miss Giselle,a staff member,who was very,very nice and so helpful.The Breakfast is simple and basic.Ideal price for a short stay in Athens.

    Hotel in a very good location, very central , only 15/20 mins walk from the acropolis. But it is very noisy inside and outside. Staff making noises and talking in the corridor at 7am , 2 days in a row. Breakfast is very limited . Coffee taste like water, bread not fresh , one type of butter...Rooms quite small especially the bathroom. No curtain in the shower and had to hold the shower head as there nothing to hold it.Apart from all this , the hotel was very clean

    Nice hotel in Athens. 40mins away from Athens Airport. Most of Greece must visit or attributions are just 5-10mins walk from the hotel. Room is clean and neat. Free Wi-Fi available. Staffs are good.

    1. The hotel really needs properly maintained, door knob fell off.2. The room is very very small. 3. Breakfast is very minimum. 4. Pillows are very small.5. Noises from the street. 1. The hotel is closed to M3 and bus stops and the Monastiraki Square.2. The staffers were friendly and helpful.

    Excellent location. Very near Monastriaki Square, the hub of Athens. Syntagma Square is just 500 meters away. Just 20 minutes walk to Acropolis. The staff is very affable and helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast. They have a free luggage storage Room..Super market , Shops and restaurants are on same street. Everything was very convenient and we had a wonderful stay on budget.
