  The staff were courteous, however the ladies at the restaurant Thea were always so nice and smiling. The location was in the center of old Athens. The must sees were in walking distance. We could view the Acropolis from our room. Amazing sight. There are tons of restaurants, taverns and outdoor kiosks near the hotel. The hotel had breakfast included but not much of a daily variety. The room we had small but we were rarely in the room. The location made this hotel 5/5.   Disappointing!

  Location is great, in the centre of Athens.But the rooms are nothing like described on their website, they are small, really small. We booked a superior plus room thinking it would be a nice room with plenty of space but we got a tiny 17m2 room. When I questioned the reception staff about this they said because we were up op the 6th floor it was a superior luxury room and that all rooms were the same size, which they are not!!!!The bathroom is so small my husband just about knocks his knees on the wall in front of the toilet and the shower has a curtain that sticks to everything.The interior is modern and fresh but terribly disappointed with the size, feels like a rip off.   Amazing location, staff and room

  We actually stayed in November of 2024. I did not review this Hotel at the time because we were there 1 night before a 28 day cruise back to Ft. Lauderdale. And after the trip it really just slipped my mind. But we absolutely loved it. We are in the process of returning to Athens, something I never thought we would do, and have spent a good deal of time searching for this hotel. With all the choices available, we absolutely would not stay anywhere else. It is the perfect location and the staff is amazing. The breakfast was fantastic and amazing for me because they actually had gluten free bread, which was an unexpected blessing. The room had a balcony, comfortable bed and was so clean.   Good but not great.

  The hotel is in a good location. In a quiet street but close to the main areas. The rooftop bar has a great view of the acropolis. Food and drinks are expensive there though. Much cheaper to eat and drink outside the hotel. Breakfast was good and there was a good choice of food. Hotel staff were great and very helpful. I was disappointed with our room. We paid for a deluxe double room and got 2 single beds pushed together and the room was extremely cramped as was the bathroom. Not enough room to walk around the bed. No room for suitcases. The room had a view of the acropolis but we had to put our suitcases next to the window so we couldn’t get close enough to see it! The shower wasn’t great either and the shower curtain smelled damp during our stay. The bathroom door had a 6inch gap at the bottom which, for obvious reasons, was not satisfactory. We stayed 2 nights and the drinking water in the room wasn’t replenished. We had a much better experience at the acropolis select hotel.
