Situated off the beaten track, this hotel is ideal for business travellers as well as families. It is located not far from the centre of Marousi.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2024. 98 rooms, including 10 junior suites, a suite, 5 single rooms and 65 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Other services include a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, translation services, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel doctor. A business centre with projector, fax machine, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Events such as conferences, symposia, lectures etc., but also simple day-to-day business, can easily be arranged with the help of the secretarial service and the conference service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, a TV, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge). Guests will also find slippers in their rooms.     I was very happy to stay in a hotel that is within walking distance to the South African Embassy, so this was very convenient.The room was sweet and nice. (Dust under the bed indicated that not very high standards of cleaning are kept).The staff were nice and friendly.Initially upon check in we were very upset that there were renovations going on and we were not informed of that in advance. The hotel agreed to change our room to a room that we did not see any scaffolding outside our window, and no debris falling on our balcony.It was winter and I guess that this hotel will be great for families in summer. Good for business travel stays. I would have preferred to stay one night and then move to another hotel in a more vibey area. There were however nice restaurants and bakeries within walking distance.The breakfast is very expensive and not worth it - not up to high standards at all, which is such a shame.     We have used to sleep the last night of our trip in this hotel. Because 22 minutes from the airport, and close to Allou fun park (that is now closed). But - the room and the building 2 are outdated. I know the building 1 was renovated…but for businessmen. On the positive side, there is a Cretan restaurant aroud that is amazing - 5 min walk.     Stayed in room 411 as part of a pre cruise holiday. It’s probably the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel is under construction and very run down. We were supposed to have a triple superior room. We definitely didn’t get that! During the night I went to the bathroom only to be greeted by the largest cockroach that I have ever seen! I literally couldn’t wait to check out the following morning.     I booked this hotel for a friday night because i came back from the islands and my flight is not until the following day. The biggest mall in athens is a 8 min walk. It was the most economical hotel on the list. The experience and quality of room of this hotel is no different than if i were business traveling paying for a room 3x what i paid here. Room was modern, simple and clean. The lobby is modest but the reception was great. Bed was comfy. Maybe it was that i came on a friday but the pool was mostly empty. I didnt try the restaurant, but theres a pizza place 4 min walk. Drink in the fridge were free, a great bonus.
