    We stayed at this hotel last year and we really liked it, so we chose to book it again. Unfortunately this time, our room was not what we expected (we booked the same exact type of room). The room was in the ground floor so we didn't feel confortable opening the window, and something was wrong with the sewage. There was a very bad smell coming from the toilet room and that was very unpleasant. The sink was outside the toilet and with no space at all to put any of your stuff, which is not convenient at all. And the water in the shower couldn't go down easily. This room had such a weird space configuration and had its issues. But we will give it an other chance as we really liked it the first time.

    Nice boutique city hotel in ideal location.Pleasant welcome at reception that is staffed 24/7.No real assistance was asked for or offered but that was ok as we had planned our 3 night stay and researched restaurants on TA which was a huge help as always.10 mins walk from Syntagma tube / square, easy to find with a Italian restaurant , Pracsitele, at one and of the street.Room reasonable size, for a city room, all very new and very clean. Towels changed each day with shower / hand soaps etc provided, hairdryer , coffee and tea facilities in room, Beds very firm but ok.Breakfast on level -1 was very good, eggs however you would like them cooked to order, Cerials, Toast , pastries, cheeses and meats. Coffee / Tea OJ etc in a nice clean and new area. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful.We were in room 203, very small balcony over looking the narrow street, where the Italian is located. Very little noise from inside or outside

    A small, clean hotel in a good central location. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the narrow street. Well equipped with a coffee maker and a small fridge.Helpful reception staff. Buffet breakfast with a good selection and wonderful omelettes made by the excellent staff who were always cheerful, friendly and went the extra mile for us.

    In one word: Amazing!It is our first visit in Athens and we found the best place!The hotel is not big, it is located in the center : around 5-10 minutes from the Main Street (Ermou), around 15-20 minutes from most special areas to tour (Monastiraki, Psyri, Plaka etc…).The breakfast was great (very many things and good for sure..) and the lady that serves breakfast is amazing.The people working in the hotel are always welcoming and helping with a smile.We even have had a problem that needed to have medical assistant and the lady in the front desk (Marintina) really helped us - contacting medical assistance not far from the hotel and this helped us taking care for the issue and not needed to go to the hospital. And we felt really that she cares.If you are traveling Athens - this is the perfect place. It’s almost like family!
