    Excellent staff who were friendly and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel location is good. Close to metro station. Definitely stay here again

    We were in this hotel last year and we returned because we felt good. The same happened this year.The room and the bathroom were comfortable. The curtains on the windows were opaque . The bathroom care products were of quality , made of olives . Congratulations to the womens employes who cleaned every day without disturbing ( we stayed on the 4th floor ). The breakfast was very good.Every day was something different from the previous day. The man who cleared the tables did his job very quickly and was always attentive to everyone being satisfied. The young team ( Anna , Dimitris , Gioel ) from the reception was very kind and did everything they could to satisfy our requirements . It was a very plesant stay !

    No one likes paying tax and certainly not twice !!!

    Booked the stay for a week to cover the football international world cup qualifier fixture between Greece and Scotland.The booking was made in August through Booking.Com and the confirmation stated that the price paid covers "All taxes and charges".Tuesday early afternoon check-in was by a lady, that I can say in all my travels world wide, is the worst at customer service and certainly should not be in a customer facing role - abrupt, talks over you, and has no interest in listening or reasoning.Anyway, this not so nice person, gave me two options; either pay additional tax or not check-in.Naturally I was forced to pay tax for the second time as the alternative would have been to seek alternative accomodations elsewhere at a greater cost !No receipt was given just a small slip from the credit card slip.The next time I encountered the same lady was midweek in the hotel lobby area and was as aggressive as ever in her mannerisms.I checked out on a Tuesday and I was the lady in question at the desk, so I gathered she must work the reception desk on Tuesday. She asked for my room number and I started it's 111. She immediately said "NO". So I reminded her of my check-in a week ago and about paying tax twice and how I also said that the number 111 is an unlikely number in cricket ! She then took the card off me and said "OK" and looked away. So I asked her for a receipt and she replied that Booking.Com would provide me with one. I then stated that this is not the case but in any case I would like a receipt for the tax I paid at check-in a week ago, that I did not receive then. It took her seconds to make a few clicks on her mouth and a receipt was printed.As for the room, the door does not close fully as clearly it had been broken into before. The shower is a bath the size of a shower where certainly you cannot have a bath. No bath mats and certainly can easily have an accident after a shower with wet feet and/or floor. No glasses in the bathroom and would be difficult especially if you have dentures to soak overnight, or mouth wash or simply to put your tooth brush, paste or shaving blade. The wardrobe has a single shelf that was so high that only if you're over seven feet you may stand a chance to use !

    Great hotel in the Heart of Athens with an unbelievable view of the city from the rooftop terrace. Very clean with a superior staff, Special mention to Sergei the front desk person and King bartender extraordinaire! The only real downside was the parking garage very narrow and sharp curves. One way in and out. If you have a big car it will take a while to get out. So it require a bit of time to get in or out. took us 20 minutes from 2 floors down. We had a Nissan Quashqai. We left the car in the Garage for the extent of our stay and took the Metro or walked.

    The hotel is not centrally located, but it is close to a metro stop. We had dinner in the hotel on our last night. Yes, there was a large group of us and we were laughing and they told us we were being to loud. We were laughing. We left the dinner area and went us to the rooftop bar where it took well over 30 minutes to get one drink. It was so slow. The elevators are super small and the beds are soft
