  Nice room but breakfast was disappointing.

  Spacious grounds and an impressive hotel. Lovely contemporary room, felt spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent bed and pillows with a nice range of bedding and towels. Bathroom had all we needed. Easy car parking in front of hotel and best of all dog friendly. Breakfast was a disappointment. Quality of food was absolutely fine, but no service from staff and obtaining coffee was very difficult. Machine had run out, so had to track staff down to refill and when they did, it was horrid. Then had to find staff to ‘make’ a proper coffee for us. We were advised the first one was free! So room great, breakfast not so and left us feeling disappointed.   Open air kids cinema - Totally overpriced

  We visited as a family with other families with friends. Kids cinema ticket is 20 euros per ticket including a meal-box, which was junk food. Chips and chicken nuggets. The restaurant area is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere but service was chaotic and it wasn’t even full. They forgot our salad, our pizza, everything was being served from a different person and each item was being served separately. Totally overpriced, aperol spritz was 13 euros which is totally crazy as this is an apperitif and should be accompanied by some kind of tappas, also this is generally never above 7-8 euros. Pizza was mediocre, salad was mediocre. Overall value for money is a NO.   Nice hotel, decent staff

  Nice hotel, located in one of Athens’ most sought-after and posh suburbs, Ekali. The rooms are not particularly spacious. The way the shower works is pretty odd. Delicious breakfast. The Front Office Manager, Mr Stamatis Karageorgiou, was very professional. Ms Marita Remoundou provided an amazing list of tourist attractions in Athens. Mr Spyros (restaurant) was very courteous and helpful. Mr Panagiotis and the rest of the staff were pretty much all over the place and seemed to lack experience. Also, a server should never pick up a glass with their fingers inside the bowl. According to serving etiquette, one should always hold a glass by the stem or base to maintain hygiene and avoid leaving fingerprints on the rim.   Not a great experience…

  My colleague and I both booked roomsvia our work online booking system. When we arrived, my colleague had a lovely room on the 2nd floor with balcony, and I was sent to a conference centre room at the back and quite a long walk (2 elevators) from the reception. My first room was very hot and the room had a very musty smell. I tried to call reception to change my room but the phone would to connect.I then walked back to reception and asked to change my room, which they kindly agreed to. I also asked why my colleague was given a room on the 2nd floor but no real reason was given, other than allocation. I was then given an alternative room, again back down to the conference centre. At this point, I had to leave for a meeting so did not have time to change again. The room was very basic and the curtains did not fit the window. I travel a great deal for work and was very disappointed in this hotel.
