    The bed was crawling with bed bugs. I’ve never felt so sick in my life. Luckily I saw them before using the bed. Hotel is old and disgusting. Traumatised by that experience. To have bed bugs says a lot about somewhere. No apology or anything about it. I have pictures and videos of them.

    This is a superb budget choice for a central Athens location. Yes, it's basic but my room (a single) was immaculately clean and equipped with a fridge and working AC which in the recent very hot weather was essential. Very comfortable bed, good quality bed linen and towels. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Couldn't ask for much more. Definitely will be my choice for future visits. One tiny gripe was that the WiFi despite connecting would not work (I just used my mobile hotspot).

    I book one night with my friend, not pretentious but clean.We were at the last floor a decent room , with air con, bathroom and everything was clean.We were lucky we had a terrace because we were at last floor, with a beautiful view of atop of Athens.It is clean but do not expect fancy, cheap and clean

    This hotel is located in a not very exciting area of ​​Athens, not far from Omonia square. The neighborhood at night is quite noisy and in the alleys adjacent to the hotel may perhaps be even slightly dangerous. The hotel at first sight does not give a good impression but the rooms, especially those on the upper floors, are very large and clean the bathroom is quite large and clean . The location of the hotel is certainly optimal for visiting the city perfect for a short stay

    All staff were friendly.........except one old short dirty looking man, who always mumbled under his breath whenever I had a problem......and they were quite a few. The bed broke while my child was fast asleep at 2 in the morning.....was fixed multiple times. The room was cold at night time, when we requested for more heat,we were given a portable heater........couldn't help cause we had double rooms...... the lift can accommodate 3 people tops.......olden days tv....When i asked the old man for an iron. he mumbled something......now I'm black, so that could have meant anything, i don't speak or understand the language.....heyeven though the surrounding areas looked a bit scary at night time, we (my 3 kids and i) were safe through out our stay.......common sense really.....i like some staff at elite but that old man needs to understand that tourist pay for hotels.......not a free stay.....are trying to escape hate. so fix your attitude or resign
