  Second great stay at Enattica

  It was our second stay in Enattica suites. Both times were perfect. The hotel has a great central location close to the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. We will sure return.   Amazing!!

  Amazing Location!! Rooms very clean!! The staff was friendly and very helpful! Great value and very quiet despite the fact that the appartments are in the centre! Amenities are very close! Everything was very close (shops, food) within 2-3 min walk! Definitely Will stay again!!   Disappointed we chose this hotel

  Recently stayed 3 days at Enatticq suites on our first trip to Athens. We arrived just over an hour before checkin and were happy to leave our bags as rooms weren’t ready. Staff advised they would text as soon as our 2 rooms were ready. After almost 3 hours of waiting for a text that never came we walked back to the hotel to be told it was in fact ready, disappointed that they didn’t notify us as promised. I asked staff where we could find a supermarket and was told the name of the supermarket, then he said google it. Room was clean & modern, bed was comfortable, although there was a foul smell noted each time we came back to the room, not sure if it was a bathroom drain or the air con. If you don’t like noise, this place is not for you, there is a bar downstairs that stays open very late very at night and you can hear alot of noise in your room until after midnight. Rooftop is great to view acropolis and you can take own food & drinks up there. Lift is so small can only fit 2 people, if you have luggage only 1 person can fit at a time. We booked a transfer back to airport with hotel 6 weeks in advance, I confirmed this was booked on the day we arrived. When we checked out we waited 20 mins and it didn’t arrive, I asked staff to call the taxi company as we had an international flight to catch, they called and said he would be 10 mins, he arrived 35 mins after our booked time, I asked the driver if he got stuck in traffic, he told me no he only got the booking 10mins before, staff showed little concern that it was so late. Most of the staff showed little interest in helping with any of our questions, which was very disappointing as we had spent 5 weeks travelling through Europe and hadn’t encountered such poor customer service anywhere else we stayed. Hotel is in a good location, but I wouldn’t stay here again. According to our records, you left within the 10 minute timeframe and did not miss your flight, and we’re glad everything worked out smoothly in the end.As for our location, Enattica Suites is set right in the center of Athens — close to lively bars, restaurants, and attractions. The area’s vibrant nightlife is well-known and reflected in our property description at the time of booking. Also, upon arrival, you mentioned that you loved the fact that everything is near.When you mentioned the odor in your room, our team inspected and addressed the issue immediately, ensuring everything was in proper condition thereafter. We’re glad that you found the room clean and modern and enjoyed the rooftop view of the Acropolis.Regarding the supermarket directions, our staff showed you the route on Google Maps to make it easier to find, as the surrounding streets in the Athens city center form zigzag layouts and can be tricky for first-time visitors.Last but not least, our staff attempted to contact you once the room was ready, but the phone number provided was incorrect, which is why you did not receive the message. However, the Early check-in you requested was complimentary from our end, and you entered the room before 15:00 as per the check-in policy. We’re pleased that you enjoyed the modern room, comfortable bed, and our rooftop terrace with its beautiful Acropolis view.   HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

  WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE. THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. Stayed here with family and was attacked with bites all over our body.
