  A lovely place to relax

  I’ve been attending a hospital nearby and this hotel has been a great find. Having a pool to relax next to is great! We’ve now been twice this year (July and September). The pool is open to paying members of the public too so it was quite busy in July but we still had no issues with getting a sun lounger. I believe the pool is closed from October through to March. The staff are friendly in the hotel and at the pool bar. The breakfast buffet is nice and you are welcome to help yourself to as much as you would like. The room is spacious and we’ve had the same room on both visits which has a wrap around balcony, looking onto the pool. The bed is comfy, there is a fridge and air conditioning. Some areas are a bit run down and need updating (the phone doesn’t work, the shower head won’t sit in the holder, the walls of the shower are coming away from the wall and the toilet leaks). These in my opinion are minor inconveniences and wouldn’t put me off staying again. When you go out you leave your room key with the reception staff. At first I felt a bit strange doing this but I think it helps with visitors losing keys and also makes them aware of who is in the building in the event of a fire. If the air conditioning doesn’t come on in your room, you probably need ask the reception staff to turn it on for you. The road outside is very busy so you need to be careful crossing. There is a supermarket and pizza place directly across the road and an ice cream shop next door. There are a selection of coffee shops, restaurant (tennis club) and a lovely garden centre all within walking distance.

  The checkin and checkout was professional .Rooms are big and clean and bed was confortable.The breakfast is enough chooses both international and local fresh food.The hotel is not in a crowded area and traffic and good for business visits.

  Comfort and security at Green Hill Hotel

  My husband and I stayed at Green Hill for 2 weeks in May ‘22 while my father was in the hospital nearby. Our trip from CA to Greece was anything but typical. I’m so grateful we stayed at this hotel as it was a cozy, comfortable, clean and an easeful place to stay. The hotel really was in an ideal location as we were very close to the highway and across the street from a market and bakery. When we did rent a car towards the end of our trip, the small lot in front of the hotel made parking so easy. We were able to walk to shops, a Lidl store and to a Covid testing spot nearby. Our room 303 was located at the front of the hotel. Sunsets were pretty and the balcony was a nice place to eat when we ordered in. There is a pizza place directly across the street so there is movement during the evenings and nights. The noise from the street was moderate and did not bother us too much. The bathroom was basic and clean. Our room was serviced everyday, which we appreciated. We always had warm water and the small fridge made it convenient to have drinks, snacks or leftovers. The ice cream spot next door is delicious!! Don’t miss it. The hospitality and service of the hotel was great. Everyone was helpful, attentive and caring. The hotel property is well taken care of. The attention to detail makes it an inviting and comfortable place to be at for an extended time. We got help with ordering food to the hotel (use Wolt app), finding a cleaners a few blocks away and calling a taxi during our initial days there. We had never spent time in the Irakleio, Lykovrysi, Metamorfosi, Kifissia neighborhoods in Athens. Green Hill was a clean and comfortable place to have as our home base while we were in Greece this trip. Thanks to everyone at Green Hill! A & E

  Clean rooms, great size even when stretched to accomodate extra people, good plumbing. The food was amazing, and the views were beautiful and very peaceful. Perfect for large groups. En ESPANOL: Cuartos limpios y grandes (aun por grupos grandes). La comido era phenomonal, y con un vista de la naturaleza. Perfecto por grupos de muchos personas.
