    Great hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, staff amazing. I think there's only one thing that could be improved and that's that there isn't really any English television, my husband and I are out all day sightseeing for about 9 hours so we tend to stay in in the evening so would be nice to watch some tv but otherwise all was excellent. Also just be warned to take earplugs because the hotel is right in the centre where there's lots of bars and restaurants but we slept fine after a busy day out and about.

    Brilliant location - everything in walking distance. Apartment itself is lovely with all the amenities needed. Lovely breakfast delivered to the room every morning - fresh orange juice, pastries, bread, cheese. Very helpful staff. The only downside is the noise. It’s SO noisy from the street - people shouting, bottles being emptied, the church clock chiming every half hour. Bring your ear plugs and you will be fine!

    We are a family of 4 from the UK - We booked Met34 not knowing that this week would be the Greek Orthodox Easter weekend therefore we were very lucky. We had the best - the Metropolitan Suite. It was prefect for our family because the entire place was very spacious. There were 2 rooms - one huge room with king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and the second room had a double bed with another bathroom with shower just outside the room. There was a kitchenette with everything you needed and a living room area with TV and Sofa. I personally loved the small balcony - sitting there watching the people queuing up for the famous 72H bakery right behind the hotel. The location is the best part. It is in the best area of Athens and like the other reviews, you can practically walk everywhere. Lots of cafes and restaurants and shopping around Met34. There are only 2 floors and there is a lift if you have luggage with you.For us, the best value came from the staff. The level of service is outstanding. Maria is simply the best. She brought breakfast to our room every morning- 2 baskets filled with bread/pastries/jam/eggs/cheese/turkeyham/milk and the amazing orange juices. On the last day, she packed the breakfast for us to take to the airport as we left first thing on Easter morning. Maria - thank you so much for everything. You made our stay extra special. Thank you to the rest of the staff as well.Overall, I cannot fault this hotel. If you are looking for a service aparthotel, this is the best in Athens - it's clean, spacious, value for money, and is literally in the centre with a vibrant atmosphere.
