  Great hotel, excellent location

  Great location and helpful staff. Clean room and nicely renovated. Love the balcony. A bit noisy outside, but quiet inside. Great shower. Clever bathroom and very nice modern decor.   I do not recommend it for a business hotel and colleagues staying in the same room.

  You should carefully consider whether you want to stay in a designer hotel, because this type of concept does not always go hand in hand with practicality and comfort.The interior is artistic, different and impressive as an idea. The hotel has character and style. Unfortunately, the daily stay is not particularly comfortable. The elevators are insufficient and there is often a long wait in line. The stairs are dark and unpleasant to walk on.The biggest disappointment for me was the service. The staff is almost entirely young people who seem unfriendly, unsmiling and distant towards the guests. There is a lack of a sense of hospitality, attention and desire to make your stay more pleasant.I was particularly unpleasantly impressed by a breakfast employee named Maria. She behaved arrogantly, moved roughly between the tables and created tension instead of a calm atmosphere. With every request, the attitude was irritated and haughty. Instead of a person starting their day pleasantly, they are left in a bad mood.It's sad to say, but the feeling is of a generation without manners, without professional attitude and without understanding what real service means in a hotel of such class.The hotel has an interesting design and a good location, but the attitude towards the guests is just as important as the architecture and the interior. As a recommendation, the rooms are more suitable for single accommodation, in no case colleagues or couples in love, you will get to know and hear all their sounds and intimate fluids!

  I brought my mom to Greece as a buck list trip. We actually stayed at the hotel across the street at the Inn Athens. I didn’t like that hotel at all. The staff was just ok, kind of cold. I ventured across the street to NEW hotel and immediate felt the atmosphere change. I ordered some food to go for my mom and the staff was so friendly and really made me feel comfortable and like I was a VIP. I ended up at the rooftop bar having a drink watching the sun go down over the Acropolis and met the manager Giannis, he was absolutely awesome and felt like a friend I had known for years. I brought my mother back for dinner the following night and the staff all came out and introduced themselves and made sure she had a memorable experience. Giannis even comped my drinks and then gave me and my mother a private tour of the presidential rooftop suite so we could take pics and have a better view as the sun went down. The staff here know how a little effort and pride and compassion can totally make the difference in someone’s stay or in this case my mom’s life long dream vacation. I can’t thank them enough and I will only be staying with them in the future if I return to Athens again. Thank you all!   Great Stay, will go again!

  I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member and we had a week in Athens. The location was in Center City, rooms were well appointed and cleanliness was outstanding. Our room had and amazing view of the City Scape, while the staff service was outstanding. The hotel has limited parking but it available at a garage across the street that created ease of access. Close to the Metro and not far from great food and shopping, a great location to consider.
