    I loved this hotel from the second I checked in to the second I checked out. Especially as when I arrived, the colleague who's name I think was Cristina, greeted me and checked me in quite promptly and gave me information about the surrounding area and what to do.Also the hotel is very centrally located with Ommonia square on the left and Monastiraki square on the right. So definitely a lot to do within the area with 2 metro stations just a short walking distance away too.Ok, it is a bit noisy being a very centrally located hotel so it isn't suitable if you are someone who expects pin drop silence. However I loved this hotel and should I ever return to Athens, without a second thought I will stay here again

    Hotel staff were very helpful throughout. We were in the premium suite (similar to an extended stay setup), which was nice for a family of three. There is a partition door to separate the double-bed from a fold-out sofa. This is a very active area, so there was street noise late into the night. Room climate controls were not working and there was no noticeable air-flow, so the room was stale/stuffy for the first two nights. When we asked about it after the second night, we were offered a key to open the window, which was a major improvement for night three. Those items aside, just about everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. In mid-December, the sites are not crowded and the weather was ideal (low 60s and sunny). Very good option. Booked five months prior for a reasonable rate.

    Best location! Walking distance to all the main attractions. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were so helpful and organised an early morning taxi for us and had our breakfast boxes ready. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Also, the breakfast was fantastic, a mix of continental and Greek delicacies. Yum! Rooftop bar with a view of the Acropolis.

    Hotel staff w as unfriendly and not welcoming. The hotel ruined my laundry and would not deal with the issue. Breakfast is mediocre. I'd say plenty of other hotels in Athens in the Monstriaki area. Book something else.
