    Toilets didn’t flush. WiFi didn’t work. Air conditioning didn’t work. And I paid over double the quoted price. Staff is rude. Don’t stay here!!!!!!!

    The staff are friendly and helpful.The room was large … the bed was very uncomfortable.The decor is old fashioned and in some parts shabby.The pool area is nice the pool bar is expensive.The breakfast was ok but cold everyday.Short walk to beach and shops etc.

    Good location in terms of proximity to the port. However the rooms are close to the road which is a major highway, very noisy! I had requested an upgrade if possible to help celebrate our anniversary but no response initially received. After prompting I got a reply saying that the hotel would do all possible to make it a memorable stay, but given the room we received, at the noisy end of the hotel, I assume the message I sent didn’t resonate with the wider team. Reception team could be happier and more welcoming.

    The bar staff are an absolute credit to this hotel, remember you by name the Food was surprisingly incredible if you stay I highly recommend the pasta it's made fresh everyday the pasta here was more delicious than pasta I had in Italy. Room was clean and well kept. Pool area is lovely and life guards are active in walking the pool area making sure all is well. It's location is a little bit of a walk to the shops maybe 15 minutes but in the heat might as well have been an hour walk but honestly even with that it's absolutely worth the stay and I would come again in a heartbeat.

    We had a function there with a famous Greek author about writing, motivation, and business, and we had a great time! The facility is very good and accessible, and the staff is very knowledgeable. They guided us through everything. I would gladly revisit it!
