This beach hotel is located in Glyfada, right at the Olympic docks for the 2004 games. Shopping amenities and nightlife venues are to be found extremely close by. There is a link to the public transport system just around a 5-minute walk away.

Facility

72 rooms, including 3 junior suites and 3 apartments, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press.     Just the best!

    Booked this hotel last minute while I was in Kalamata. Arrived a week later and was totally surprised to see how beautiful it was. The pool area is just so inviting and clean. The staff was perfect. The room was good. The bathroom a bit dated but did its job. The proximity to everything is incredible. The beach is a 2 min walk. The shopping area is very reachable by foot along the boardwalk. We rented a car just in case and ended up not driving except to go back to the airport. I will definitely go back there. Only wish i had would be to have ice machines in the lobby or on a floor.

    Not a 4 star, Ants, Misrepresentation & Poor Management

    Very disappointing stay. Rooms did not match the photos advertised (clear misrepresentation). Bathrooms outdated and unhygienic. Our room was infested with ants and staff failed to resolve it properly. Management response was dismissive (“you are not hostages”). Overall, poor maintenance, slow lifts, substandard facilities — nowhere near 4-star quality. Would not recommend.

    The South of Athens Next to Glyfada Beach

    Wonderful hotel with not just swimming pool behind the hotel, but the whole Glyfada Bay beach is just across the street. Far enough from Athens downtown and yet close enough. Glyfada area is the south of Athens. The tram/train stations are near by although we haven't tried any of the stations. Dining hall is large enough and comfortable. Nice bar with good services. Breakfast and dinners were better than average. Not a lot of varieties, though. Room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We had very good restful couple of days.

    They accommodate us in a room with poor housekeeping very dirty walls with a very small bathroom which access to that before step in and close the door, very noisy hotel with ongoing maintenance just next to my room, with 120 kids trying to demolish the hotel

    Right by the beach and a 20 minute walk from a wide variety of really good restaurants so location is good. The hotel is rated a 4-star but is far from it. It desperately needs maintenance and upgrades to meet the standard of a 4-star. The reception area is cold and unwelcoming. The hotel personnel are dressed in casual clothing with nothing to associate them with the hotel. This is not something I would expect of a 4-star rated hotel. There is a large massage chair in reception that is so worn, it needs to be thrown away! It gives the impression of a cheap 2-star, trying odd things to impress guests. Our TV remote was broken, the air-conditioning wasn't working but was fixed fairly quickly. Very small bathroom with a door that doesn't open properly because of the placement of the toilet. Tiny shower with a dirty shower curtain. No information card in the rooms with the number to call for reception or details of the restaurant or bar. There are signs for a rooftop bar but this was closed with no signs of it ever opening. A plus is that the beds are comfortable and a good size.We used the glasses in the rooms and left them out to be changed/cleaned. These weren't changed or cleaned for 4 days! The fridge wasn't cold. Water is given out at all restaurants in Greece but no waters were in the room, even on first arrival. We stayed at another 4-star hotel for 1 night and had water bottles in our room.The hotel is in desperate need of upgrades!
