I am here the first time to Athens and i love it. This hotel is amazing. For a very good price u get a big room with a big desk, a TV and a fridge. The bathroom is small but ok.

Great location for short stay in Athens

A comfortable stay in a really great location. The appartments are very close to historical areas and a lively area of good bars and restaurants. Easy reach to Metro. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were surprisingly quiet given how close the night life was. Breakfast provided lots of buffet choice and omelette or yoghurt to order. We didn't see or experience some amenities listed and our room wasn't deluxe but we would stay again as it was good value for the location.

    Perfect city stay

I’m not sure why there are bad reviews for this place .The room ( a double room with a mezzanine floor ) was very comfortable and very clean .The guys on the front desk were pleasant and helpful with local knowledge. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t review that aspect. The stairs up to the second floor could be tricky if you’re not steady on your feet but were fine for our 22 year old son The shower was amazing!!There is a little kitchen if you wish to cook ( although no need as there is so many places to eat around you )The only downside was it was a little noisy ( you could hear people walking down the stairs in other rooms ) but nothing more than a couple of times !!Considering it’s so close to the nightlife out side you couldn’t hear any outside noise from the street .Its situated very close to walk to the acropolis and all the surrounding areas Our taxi had no problem taking us right to the front door I would stay here again

the window was "underground" against a wall, almost no daylight. bed is way smaller in real. couch has almost no springs inside. shower head is so cheap, it almost fells apart.we left a night earlier that booked, since we felt uncomfortable.

Find an Air BnB or stay elsewhere…

The location is on a very narrow street such that a regular Athens taxi will not be able to access the front of the property. The registration desk is in one building and the rooms are in another. There are a lot of steps up to the room. The room is small and the only way out of the bed is from the foot. The floating shelf fell on me while I was asleep. It was on the wall to the right of the bed. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom has a very complex shower with body jets and a waterfall. The stall is a little small for an a complex aperatus like that. Breakfast is in the basement. It’s a wide selection of options. Including hot food. Where it gets dicey is checking out. I had a tour guide meet me at the hotel with a car. I was about to bring my bags to the car when I was stopped by the proprietor’s wife. Who began to berate me to pay my bill. Mind you, on check in I gave my card and passport information. And prior to arrival the same. She insisted on holding my bag before placing it in the vehicle. So that I could go check out. I explained the bags are going in the vehicle and I will walk to reception to check out. She got nastier. If it weren’t a series of steps to carry my bags back to reception I would have. But my bags were heavy and navigating the stairs would be problematic. I went to registration and checked out with the nicer of the duo who seem to run this place.
