The hotel is situated just a 10-minute walk from Syntagma Square and a 5-minute walk from the Evangelismos metro station, right at the heart of Kolonaki, the oldest and most exclusive neighbourhood in Athens. It is also a 30-minute car drive both from Athens International Airport and the port of Piraeus.

Facility

21 non-smoking rooms and 4 junior suites are available to guests. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a DVD hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. Complimentary newspapers are available. A conference area (business centre) with a fax machine and a projector is available. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has smoking rooms.

The pleasantly heated water of the outdoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym and a spa.

    I loved the location — exclusive, luxurious, and pleasantly away from mass tourism. The hotel feels modern, stylish, and full of youthful energy.Check-in was perfect: fast, smooth, and highly professional. Special thanks to Nikos for the warm welcome and excellent service.The amenities are truly luxurious, everything was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and I especially appreciated the wonderful gesture after 10:30 — complimentary Nespresso coffee, Ronnefeldt tea, cold drinks, and snacks available throughout the day.This is a very friendly hotel that offers a genuinely luxurious experience. I would happily stay here again.

    I must say this is one of my favorite secret places! The friendly atmosphere, the welcoming and comfy decor. Not city center but walking distance to local restaurants and shops. If you are up for a good walk downhill to city center is about 15 minutes. I have bad knees soI uberd back uphill! Comfy rooms breakfast amenities and snacks throughout the day.

    I stayed in the hotel for two nights for business, and I have to say Nelli from frontdesk is the most amazing, cheerful, friendly, and polite person I've ever seen in the hospitality business! She made me feel very welcome and taken care of. The rooms are super clean and the area is very quiet and classy. The hotel vibe is chill and alot of nice restaurants around it. Really enjoyed my stay and honestly Nelli made it ten times better. Thank you! 🤍

    Fantastic centrally-located hotel in Athens

    My husband and I stayed at the Periscope Hotel in Athens, Greece to celebrate our 40th anniversary and what a delight it was! Everyone from front desk to housekeeping to managment was extraordinarily wonderful - friendly, helpful, anxious to tell us about the city, make recommendations, reservations, or lend us a tablet to solve our cell phone problem the minute we checked in. Over the course of our stay in Greece, we stayed in 3 rooms and each was perfect. Of course, the penthouse with it's private rooftop hot tub was the most perfect! We had booked a standard room using Marriott Bonvoy points and were immediately upgraded to a superior room. The room is sleek and modern, comfortable bed,and is cleaned daily. The penthouse was a real treat! Huge room with a sitting area, great view, the works. The location is very convient with loads of shops and restaurants, the National Botanical Garden, the Plaka, and more just minutes away. It is a very walkable area. There is snack food, coffee and other drinks available in the lobby all the time. We loved the Periscope and their staff so much that we will definely be returning on our next trip to Athens!
