    I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights who was in Piraeus to purchase a boat. I have a cruise holiday business and wanted to try this hotel so I could recommend to our clients. First impressions of the facade were that it was clean and nice looking. The foyer is quite small and we were welcomed by a male receptionist who checked us in. I was woken in the morning at 8am by building work outside my window. I looked out and could see that a large building appeared to be being taken down with the use if pneumatic hammer drills. The noise was incredible. I recorded the noise. This event occurred each morning thereafter. Upon returning to our hotel on the first evening my friend was greeted by a flooded room as water had come up through the bathroom floor. The man from reception came and moved my friend to another floor at around 1am. For all of this there was no apology from the hotel and no offer of compensation. Maybe I didn't complain hard enough. The hotel is never 5 stars based on our experience and the management should be ashamed. I will not be sending any of our guests to the hotel.

    I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. 51 Euro breakfast and city tax included. I did the booking via the website of the hotel.Location : very close to the ferry port and cruise terminal of Piraeus. calm area at night. Supermarkets, shops, restaurents/tavernas are within 5-10 minutes walk from the hotelRoom : room 304 is very nice . clean, a king size bed. very spacious bathroom. nothing to complain about. Breakfast : slices of tomato, cuccumbers, yoghurt, bread, butter, jam, honey, fried eggs, mushrooms, spinach pies, coffee, milk,... wi-fi : works in all the areasGym : basic materialElevator : spacious

    We stayed at this hotel in Piraeus (again) in November for the Scotland WC Qualifier at Olympiakous Stadium after enjoying our stay for a match in March.The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable, the breakfast buffet was good and the location perfect for our needs.

    On Sep-7,2025 night: we stayed in room 207 in the 2nd floor. This was a normal sized room.On Sep-15,2025 night: we were alloted a different room this time: 405. Much bigger room with large common balcony (you can see the sloping red tiled roof from front & the ACs with wires to the side down a small staircase) shared with next adjacent room externally (the adjacent room occupants can enter your room through this common shared balcony via the balcony facing door if not locked!)Hotel has 2 lifts for aiding with your luggage & the Wi-Fi password is mentioned on the envelope handed containing the room key. There is a red & yellow design carpet in the common areas.The continental breakfast in the ground floor is in a big dining area behind the kitchen & a Septona brand mild antiseptic gel was placed on each table along with paper towels & cutlery.Brochures advertising activities in Athens are on stands in the ground floor & in the neighbouhood of this hotel is a cafe.

    Nice enough but lacking some basics

    We stayed here after coming off a ferry (it’s a walkable 15 minutes even in the heat). Room was really spacious but no tea and coffee making facilities, no USB chargers and (despite a big room and a queen bed) - only one chair. There are extra pillows and blankets, but the simple lack of tea making facilities when they want to charge you 6E for a cup of tea is ridiculous and not up to the basic standard of even a 2 star hotel
