    Fantastic rooms and great service in safe area

    Very nice boutique hotel with very nice and very clean rooms. Fantastic service minded and kind staff, who all gave you the feeling of being a friend of the house. Very impressive. Alacarte breakfast with very nice quality. Indeed a second (and third) visit worth. Well located with a number of great restaurants and bars just around the corner. Very safe area.

    I picked this hotel due to its proximity to the center and walkable distance to everything, in a really nice neighborhood. My room was super-nice, modern, and clean, great design and with shower bathroom. The room had Nespresso coffee machine - always a bonus, and mini bar. The bed was comfortable with several pillow options to your liking. The breakfast is served a la carte so you can pick it to your liking, with great Greek coffee. Wifi worked nicely and the service was excellent. The room didn't have a safe-box which I consider the must nowadays is nice boutique hotels.

    For the price of these rooms, you do not receive the quality expected. Our toilet in our room would flush for long periods of time 5+ mins and the shower how mould and poor drainage and glue/grout falling… we told the reception about this and they said this is normal.When we checked out we also were offered no help in carrying cases and when we asked for our bags they simply let us access them rather than having to prove who we were (staff member had changed so they wouldn’t have known who we were, we could have been anyone!)

    We stayed at Project 3 in early April and it was perfect. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. They’re friendly, welcoming and ver helpful. The young lady who greeted us … I’ll call her “Salvation” was so nice. She arranged airport shuttles and provided recommendations on restaurants (Sieta) and what to see and do. The location is excellent and within walking distance of anything you might like to get to. The suite was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast here is included and wonderful with everything you could imagine available. Salvation even made us a take out breakfast when we left for an early flight.     Project 3 Urban chic is a super boutique hotel . The location was perfect with many good bars and restaurants close by . The staff were friendly, helpful and went over and above for us . Really enjoyed breakfast too . Would highly recommend this for a city break in Athens .
