Location

This lovely hotel has an attractive location in a wonderful park area. The archaeological museum and Victoria underground station are both found 250 metres from the hotel. The city centre is 4 km away, where guests will find scores of shops and other entertainment attractions.

Facility

The hotel has 10 junior suites and 152 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     We had to move out of our first hotel in Athens due to the horrendous traffic noise so requested a quiet room here. Check in was smooth and efficient. We had a suite with a 'porthole' window where we could see the Parthenon. I guess, as with all things, it depends where you stay in the hotel as we were fortunate the suite had a lounge and television area, then sliding double doors to the bedroom and then further sliding double doors to the bathroom are (with separate doors to shower and toilet). We heard nothing. It was bliss! We paid half the price for that quiet suite than we did our first hotel so it was good value. Breakfast is great. Lots of buffet items. Usual hot buffet and then fruit, yoghurt, continental buffet, honeycomb (lovely), all sorts of bread, nuts and seeds etc. Amazing (and I mean amazing) coffee machine. Staff were very cheerful, polite and so efficient at clearing and cleaning down. We didn't find it a massive issue to have to walk to get to things. The tour buses are just a 10 minute walk away. Also there are some really lovely local restaurants within easy walkable reach of this hotel - not many tourists in them either so a lovely Greek family atmosphere. The road outside is going to be noisy if you stay at the front of the hotel. Ask for a room at the back. I see there is a car park in a side ride to the hotel. Athens is a beautiful City, and the roof top bar of this hotel gives you some truly magnificent views. The restaurant does wonderful food. Cocktails are made very well and generous quantities of alcohol!     Never a five star hotel. Reception area was tired and in need of a good clean. Lift wasn’t working and hotel had a funny smell. In the bedroom the fumes from the extremely busy road would be there from 7am - despite no window being open. Location it’s far from main places and a good half hour walk to get into main part.     We stayed at the Radisson Blu Park Hotel last week. Everyone there made our stay memorable. But mention has to be made of the breakfast staff and an excellent breakfast with lots of choices. The rooftop restaurant staff were again wonderful, nothing was ever too much trouble. However, it is only fair to commend the housekeeping staff and particularly the lady who serviced our room who kept it pristine and made it ready for us no matter what time we returned. Thankyou.Finally, we would like to thank Vanel on reception. The whole team including George were great but Vanel went over and above to make our stay the great success it was, from recommending local Greek restaurants, to tips about getting around Athens and transport hubs and stops as well as an acropolis photo opportunity from the hotel.     we spent our new years in the hoteL.dec 31 to jan 3 2026 .. always helpful , kind and welcoming staff. great breakfast.the poolwas not available during our stay as its winter time and its understandable.. but our family bathroom had jacuzzi so .. made our day more happier esp my kids..
