    Comfortable , friendly , smart , welcoming and well located. However the room was way too hot at 26c and with the a/c turned off for the winter no way of controlling it.

    I am very satisfied with this hotel. The staff is really super. I have a wonderful room overlooking the neighboring very beautiful property. There is a lovely little balcony as well. The decor throughout the whole hotel is very nice. Minimalism and modern - very excellent. The restaurants have very wonderful food. The rooftop indoor outdoor dining room is really beautiful- a great feel and wonderful views - in fact, I should go up there now. The decor in one of the dining areas downstairs is so super pretty - a wonderful spot for an afternoon coffee. It’s super convenient that you can dine all day long and up until very late. Again, the staff are extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

    A beautiful hotel in the heart of Kifisia

    very helpful staff and very polite. Amazing breakfast and the rooms where beautiful and clean. the hotel is in a walking distance from the main square of Kifisia with lots of restaurants and stores around it. It has its own parking place which is a plus in an area like Kifisia. i would definitely stay there again for sure.The only disadvantage about the hotel is that they rent the Nobilis roof top restaurant, which is an amazing and beautiful restaurant, for a lot of events which means if you are staying on the last floor you will hear sometimes a lot of noise and also the parking might be full from the cars that come to the event and not from the residents of the hotel. Also because it is booked for these events you can not go to the restaurant even if you are staying at the hotel and that goes for the Garden Brasserie area that the hotel has which doesn't leave much room from the tenants of the hotel to enjoy the restaurants or areas of the hotel.Maybe in other season periods things are different but at least in December there was every day an event going on

    A true boutique hotel on all counts! Impeccable service, food, rooms, location! I want to thank everyone for making me feel like I was at home! (actually, they treat you better than being at home!) Exquisite breakfast, delicious coffee, amazing burgers!A small, but very functional fitness center! I didn't visit (just a peek at the space) but the fourth flour restaurant/bar has some spectacular views of the city My 4th time staying at this property!

    Roof top New Year’s Eve

    We had our New Year’s Eve dinner at the roof top of Say Hotel. Although the price per person was very expensive we decided to book because we had visited this restaurant in the past and the quality food/service was good. Unfortunately this time nothing was good. All dishes came cold without exception !! One of the dishes was fish carpaccio which was a formless mass of raw fish - sauce was completely bland and tasteless. Also the beef filet was cooked same for all, so we all had to eat it medium rare. The service was also bad - they were all running around like headless chicken but still we were not attended as we should. Music was also mediocre and not interesting for such an event - don’t know if there was even a dj or it was from “tape”. We really felt somewhat “deceived” for the amount we paid and the total quality we received . Never again
