  Spotapart in Athens offers a highly practical and comfortable stay. The 2-bedroom apartment is a definite highlight—it's large, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, providing ample space for guests. The staff are helpful, and the check-in and check-out process is notably easy and efficient, which is always appreciated.​Regarding the location, it's worth noting that it's in what might be considered an uncomfortable area for some, though personally, I found it to be fine. It's approximately a 20-minute walk to the city center, which is manageable for exploring on foot. While there's no dedicated parking space, the excellent price point makes Spotapart a very good value overall for a spacious and well-maintained apartment in Athens.

  The hotel was very clean and spacious! It was located in an area that may not look the nicest, but we felt safe and there were a lot of hidden gems right around the corner of the hotel. The only hiccup we had was trying to get into the building since our key code that was provided did not work. That issue got sorted out very quickly with just a quick phone call. The receptionist was very nice and helpful whenever we had questions. It is easily walkable to a lot of the main attractions in Athens. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back!

  When you first arrive you are wondering where you have been taken. Once inside, it gets a little better. Maybe its common in Greece (not in America), but there was no deadbolt once you were inside the room. It was a keypad entry into the room, but once inside, nothing to feel safe. We had a lot of luggage as we were beginning on a month long vacation, so we shoved our suitcases by the front door. Thankfully we did, because someone opened our door and then left once they hit the suitcases. The next day I told the front desk and they gave us a handwritten Do Not Disturb sign. Great, except not. Two more times we had peolle try to enter the room. They also said the doors and windows were soundproof, which was not the case. Especially the front door to the hallway. So noisy all the time, and with the fear of someone coming in, it made for uneasy sleeping. The price was good, but not worth the constant fear of being broken into.

  Centralised hotel in the heart of the city.

  This hotel is situated in the Athens city centre. Location very good especially surrounded by shops, cafes and even supermarkets. The hotel room is more of an apartment concept. It had a kitchen attached together with a fridge for those who live cooking.

  Sketchy Neighborhood

  While the rooms are nice and modern, the hotel is situated in what I would call a sketchy, bordering on unsafe, neighborhood especially if you are out at night. There’s no one at the front desk during the night which is not something I feel is appropriate for a hotel. And, the elevator only accommodates one person at a time, again not something I would expect in a hotel. I’d rather pay more and be in a decent location.
