  Excellent Hospitality and Wonderful Stay

  We had a wonderful stay at The Convo. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, while the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.The communication before and during our stay was excellent, and every detail was handled with care. We truly appreciated their hospitality and support throughout our visit.Highly recommended, and we would be very happy to stay here again in the future.   Convo Athens Riviera - better than expected

  The Convo Athens Riveiera has a 2-star rating, but it should be 3-star. We stayed for 4 nights last week. One of the cleanest places we've stayed, well organised, and it felt very safe too with helpful reception staff and an access code for late at night. Having fresh cold water, and a kettle for hot drinks in the room was appreciated. Staff refreshed the room daily. Quiet. Bus stop 040 to the city centre is outside the door, and tram to local gorgeous beaches and port 1 minute's walk away. Our room looked onto a utility area, but since we were out all day it didn't matter.   Lovely quiet, clean and located close to everything I wanted to see and do. Easy stay, staff were friendly and ever helpful. The area is quiet, but is building up with more things to do, and only a short taxi ride away from central tourist area. Enjoyed our time.   Great for a short stay

  Well it definitely was worth the money!I wouldn’t necessarily choose it for a long stay,but we stayed for one night for a concert and it was pretty great.Clean,close to Stavros Niarchos and to the tram station which is a plus.The way the bathroom was made was a little weird and impractical,but all in all it’s a great and affordable option for a short stay.   6 days I do not forget

  I say my story and then I live you decide we go up to the room and the room has a beautiful view of the marine from the small balcony but there are no chairs so we call the reception and ask for 2 chairs. the receptionist say that is not possible because if she send 2 chairs in the morning they did not have chairs for the breakfast and after we were angry they send 1 and say to take the chair from the room to be 2 okay we pass that,the next day we go out and we came back at 1.30 to the hotel to make shower rest and sleep and the room is not clean and no clean towels so we call reception again and say to me that the room has to clean every 2 days from 3 o'clock until 6 and try to convict us that all the hotels do that because on the morning has to clean the rooms for the new customers. and finally, he just gives clean towels to make a shower.we go to Athens for a wedding on Saturday and we explain that we need the room to be cleaned before 1 o'clock after a lot of discussions he say okay but he say only for today and he believes that is a big favour for us.I have a lot more in 6 days I do not forget Dionisis Petmezas, General Manager at The Convo Athens Riviera, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
