Stylish stay off the beaten track

Friendly and helpful welcome from Iro to this little gem, which is off the beaten track but provides a comfortable base for a couple of days in Athens. We were in suite 403 which is two bedrooms, a small kitchen area and a jacuzzi. The hotel isn’t far from Syntagma Square but it’s up some pretty steep steps and slopes - according to Greek friends it’s the most exclusive area of Athens. The rooftop pool is small but welcome, and we spent a happy final day up there. The gym and steam room were essentially private - we saw no other guests while we were there - and breakfast gave us a good start to the day.

We were 2 adults 2 kids ,so we had 2 apartments,I think the apartments are a decent size for 2 people,had everything in them that you may need.Location wise I did initially think they were a bit far out,but it’s only a 5 minute walk to get to a main road or tube station.It’s located on an hill so we generally got a Uber back,which are cheap and if there’s 4 of you it’s cheaper than the tube .Breakfast was included,not a massive selection but enough to start your day.Has we were in the early part of April the pool wasn’t open,no big deal really.I don’t think you can fault the place for what we paid .

AVOID.. not like on pictures... wore down.

Very disappointed. NOT like in the pictures on website. Hotel is wore out. Couches are full of stains... Bed mattress horrible... sinks to the ground. Construction work and loud the whole night, since its on a hill.. cars have to boost themselves faster, which creates so much smells from cars and noise... so cant keep balcony open. The girls at reception are not friendly.. and they didnt want to call manager. SO. save your money... and stay somewhere else.

The Duke Boutique Suites was exactly as my expectation! Very friendly welcome, a nice clean room on the 4 th. floor with kitchenette and the complimentary breakfast made my stay very pleasant. Within a few minutes you find yourself in the heart of the Kolonaki neighborhood with all its shops and bars! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing property, really friendly and attentive staff. Very smooth online check in and e-keys. Wonderful raindance shower. Big beds.World class breakfast and superb coffee. Fantastic central location, though parking was a bit challenging.
