  Friendly, helpful staff and delicious breakfast!

  This was a good option for a recent quick trip. It is quieter than the Plaka neighborhood but still only a 10-minute walk away (and never felt unsafe walking.) We did not hear outside noise from the room. Staff was extremely helpful! Booking a private transfer back to the airport through them was priced similarly to Uber/Bolt/taxi (because those charge some hidden fees) and was so convenient. And the breakfast was amazing! Delicious and highly customizable to your tastes and dietary preferences. This is made-to-order breakfast rather than a buffet... definitely a step up from most hotel breakfasts! Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. Recommended property!

  Great location in the city centre- walking distance to everything. Acropolis was only 20 mins away. So many options for eating within the vicinity. Very safe areas as its always busy. There is a bar next door but from my room on the 5th floor I could not hear anything.The room was very modern and clean. The bathroom was an open concept where there is no door separating the bathroom area from the sleeping area so bear that in mind for privacy.The room is not soundproof so you can hear the cleaners in the morning outside in the corridor.Would stay here again.   Had a fantastic stay.

  We stayed one night before and one night after our cruise, its a lovely location to be able to walk around to the centre for bars and restaurants we had diner in the hotel restaurant on our fist night it was fantastic the food was excellent as was the staff. We had a standard room which was modern, bright, clean and comfortable with a very big shower. Complimentary water coffee machine safe dressing gowns all a lovely touch. We had breakfast the first stay which was also lovely, cooked fresh to order. We had a very early check out on the 2nd stay so we didn't need breakfast. My friends and I would definitely stay again the reception staff were the most helpful, kind and lovely people to meet.   A Real Gem

  We were booked into the gem by our holiday company for a night at the beginning of our cruise and another night at the end to facilitate flights. The hotel is on a side street very near the middle of Athens. Our room was spotless, very modern but what made this place outstanding was the staff. So helpful and friendly. Our first night we asked for advise on dining out and they recommended, and booked, a restaurant about 100 metres away, which was brilliant. On our return, after our cruise, we had quite a bit longer, so we wanted to explore Athens. Again the staff gave some brilliant advise and the location meant we were within easy walking distance of great attractions, the Parthenon, parliament Square, the presidents garden and the bazaar. Staff here made us so welcome and were so helpful that I'm planning a return trip but not going on a cruise this time, but using the gem as a base to do some island hopping. Breakfast was included and was lovely.
