    We stayed at this hidden gem the past week. Dimi and Panos were beyond exceptional. We felt like part of a family. Both these gentlemen went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The rooms were amazing. The rooftop view of the Acropolis was breathtaking. We couldn’t be any happier.

    Great location. The decor, the staff at hotel and restaurant , the rooftop bar/restaurant was awesome. Rooms are quaint and quiet outside of church bells ringing every so often. Had a sweet welcome basket with wine and snacks. Breakfast was included in our rate. The breakfast offering was enough and delicious. Would highly recommend. So glad I booked this hotel. Would stay here again.

    Booked in October 2025 for holiday in May 2026. Paid in full. Message from hotel yesterday that they'd cancelled my booking at my request (I'd not contacted them). No one available to speak to or respond to my messages. They clearly did this just before their booking desk closed for 2 days. Really poor.Thankfully booked through hotels.com who have been great in getting us booked elsewhere.I'd been really looking forward to staying.

    Run run run away!!!!. Four months after booking and paying in full suddenly the room is unavailable. Go out and google “the pinnacle Athens + mystery cancellations.” Apparently they continue to sell the room and based on other reviews the reservation with a lower rate is mysteriously cancelled….one instance is bad luck. Multiple cancellations with people saying the same thing across Amex, TripAdvisor and Reddit is a pattern. My family is not the first to have this happen to them. Amex travel was very surprised and I requested the location be removed from their travel portal as this is embarrassing

    I had a wonderful stay at The Pinnacle Athens. The location is perfect, and the room was very pleasant and clean.The entire staff was very nice and welcoming, and I’d like to give a special thanks to Yiota for her amazing service. Highly recommended.
