The hotel is located in Kifissia, an up-market area in the northern suburbs of Athens, about 100 m from links to the public transport network. The hotel provides easy access to Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport, approximately 25 km away.

The hotel has a lift and features 12 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Never book this is not 5 star rating hotel.false understanding by expedia and other websites.please aware of the scamme

    This hotel has no valuw for their guests. The party is going untill 6 am in morning. And they dont care about the guests in the hotel. Hotel charge extra for the indoor pool ,suna and all facilities. Normaly its only spa we pay extra. But here once you rwaxh and make booking they charge extra.

    Nice Hotel, lovely location, staff with high attention to the client, I got a huge suite -1 floor .. maybe no more room were available moreover was almost impossible to sleep due to a rumour coming from the suite close to mine .. maybe a family party.. which should be kept under control by the direction..

    If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We booked well in advance, and the hotel confirmed everything without issue. After traveling from another country, we arrived expecting a smooth process, but it was anything but.At check-in, we were repeatedly interrupted every five minutes to sign different documents, which was already frustrating. Despite accepting payment with a different card during the booking process, three hours after check-in, the staff demanded a picture of the cardholder, claiming they made a mistake on their end. This was their error, yet we were left dealing with the consequences.To make matters worse, the rooms were dirty, the service was horrendous, and the staff showed no willingness to help. We ultimately had no choice but to search for another hotel at the last minute. The entire experience was completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s the worst hotel experience imaginable.

    Terrible hotel, a mistake was made during the reservation because my mom is not very good with English, I call them to sort it out and they were not understanding or helpful at all. Very disappointed and of course I do not recommend staying there.

    The suite was very spacious, it's close to the swanky kifisia shopping street with nice cafes. We didn't use the pool but it looked great. Very quiet area of Athens. We recommend using public transport to get to central Athens.
