    The hotel was absolutely perfect for a pre cruise stay. The staff were extremely helpful and willing to go over and above. Kudos to all.

    Terrible Experience – Dishonest and Rude StaffI had one of the worst hotel experiences here. I booked a specific room based on the photos and details provided, but upon arrival, I was given a completely different room – smaller, outdated, and not what I paid for. When I brought this up, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, blaming Booking.com for showing the "wrong pictures." Instead of fixing the issue, they charged me extra to "upgrade" me to the room I originally booked!The rooms are small, bathrooms are old and worn out, and customer service is awful. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    A convenient hotel for the ferry.Room pleasant and clean. Bathroom small but adequate. Breakfast good with great selection of food. Comfy bed resulting in a great night's sleep! Not keen on the herbal tea in the room. An English brand or a choice would have been welcome.Staff most helpful. Highly recommended.

    Booked a Day room here due to late flight between Cruise and flight home on Monday 17th March I was expecting a basic room to store luggage but instead we were allocated a fabulous twin room with en suite bathroom ,shower ,tea and coffee in room so we could freshen up before airport,it had an adorable balcony ,booked breakfast for €8 excellent value amazing options anything and everything you could possibly want for self serve breakfast from cooked breakfast to toaster , fruit ,cereal etc etc as much as you can eat sat overlooking Piraeus in bright breakfast room then walked to end of road found an IKEA and numerous fresh bakeries bought sandwiches to eat for lunch on balcony ,immaculately clean ,staff were brilliant very helpful , loved the room ,cost of room €45 plus € 8 each for breakfast, If I go back to Piraeus I woukd definitely stay here again .
