    I booked a stay at Varaba as a 1 night stay leaving from airport next morning. Took an uber there and directions took us on a dirt road for over a mile where my Uber driver car bottomed out on road. It was unsafe to drive. Owner of property spoke to driver giving him different directions which led to same road conditions. Owner refused to cancel reservation. I was left booking another hotel knowing that I would be able to get driver in morning to pick us up from a normal hotel. Do not use this hotel. They are unhelpful and is like booking a hotel with no hotel available to use. This is a scam

    The taxi pick me up at 1am prompt service after a very long flight and also showed me to my room at hotel.The room was beautiful, the bathroom and shower were the best. The bed and pillows very very comfortable. Tea, coffee and a snack in the room. Spotlessly clean.The view the next morning was just of the country side lemon tree and olives. Seating areas everywhere in the beautiful garden. The only sound were birds. Breakfast served in a lovely room. Communication with owner was very quick. If your looking for somewhere to stay near airport and with parking outside you really couldn't do any better, and I have stayed in many hotels in and around Athens.

    My daughter chose this house for our last night in Athens because it was close to the airport. I expected nothing and was amazed by the many amenities this house had to offer, including a dinner and breakfast prepared on site and a story of a building that began as a pottery studio. We met many people from all over the world. Their driver picked us up from the airport and returned us the next day.

    We went for a quick respite between flights from Chios to Athens. My son made the reservation for us and clearly said we were bringing a small dog. Nikolia was aware of this per the email exchanges that I saw. Apparently she forgot. I have it in black and white. The place is clean and quite picturesque, no problem there. If you want to eat and drink when you want to, forget it. You are on their schedule. Period. We were told at 7 pm when food was finally available to put our dog away because they had to walk the house dog. Dog friendly was how it was advertised and why we stayed there. I had traveled all over Greece before landing here and I couldn't believe it. We went to our room as told and ordered food in. Nikolia still made us pay 42 euros for the food we did not eat. I would recommend if you want a very secluded type atmosphere. You have nowhere to walk or visit or sight see when you are here. Kind of like a prison.

    Very quiet, beautiful and friendly place to stay. We felt so welcomed and rooms were Fantasticly clean. Thank you Nikola and the team. Lovely sitting areas it seemed like home 🏠
