    I stayed one night at Villa Brown Ermou on a business trip, and it genuinely exceeded my expectations.From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was unlike any typical hotel lobby — think a stylish café with a long bar that doubles as the front desk. It immediately sets a warm, relaxed tone.A special mention must go to **Niki and Maria at the front desk**, who were nothing short of exceptional. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness made me feel like a welcomed guest rather than just another check-in. They truly embody what great hospitality looks like.The room itself was beautifully designed — cozy and inviting without feeling cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was well thought-out with a large shower, a separate toilet, and a separate sink — details that matter, especially on a business trip. A complimentary bottle of prosecco and two bottles of still water were a lovely touch, as was the Nespresso machine.The hotel sits on Petraki, a quiet pedestrian street tucked between Ermou — Athens' iconic shopping street — and the charming Plaka neighborhood, giving you the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat right in the center of it all.Villa Brown Ermou is a great fit for business travelers, couples, and tourists alike. It strikes the perfect balance between style, comfort, and personal service. I would not hesitate to return.

    Lovely hotel - amazing staff!

    Really lovely hotel in a great location - most importantly Maria and Nicky who are on reception and serving breakfast are absolutely amazing. Warm , fun and kind also super efficient at helping us with transfers warning us of taxi strikes etc. Really the best stay we have had in Athens and we come here a lot. A hidden gem with an amazing team in a perfect location.

    Superb experience. Centrally situated a shot walk from Acropolis , the House of Parliament, Plaka, everything that’s worth seeing in Athens.     Great stay at Villa Brown Ermou

    I had a great stay! The staff is warm, helpful and efficient. The room was on the smaller side, but was just fine for 1 person with a lovely spacious bathroom and super comfy bed and pillows. The location is great as well, close to everything, and safe for lone travellers. I will definitely be staying here again.     A lovely boutique hotel centrally located in Athens. All of the main attractions are within walking distance (10 mins to the Acropolis, 30 mins to the National Archaeological Museum). The staff was helpful and attentive. I felt very comfortable staying here and exploring Athens as a solo female traveler. The room size is average for a hotel in a European city. The room had working AC, mini fridge, and a safe.
