  Worse hotel I’ve stepped in to

  Absolutely Horrible,Where do I start in the bathroom a cracked ceiling that seems like it’s about to collapse and in genuinely has an ecosystem up there?Or the part that half of the staff,Do Not Want To Work There the bar lady was 30 minutes late after I asked to buy something ,or that the owner and the table manager or whatever that Karen was,were absolutely narcissistic and rude and didn’t let us sit on a public area bc her friend party was on like 20mins away not only that the party was going till 2 am and didn’t let us sleep till then the atmosphere was depressing and cold while it had a nice lobby everything was made from cheap and fake materials the lights broke 9 times in the 4 days I stayed here for the price it was okay I did expect some thing more for the 4 stars it said it had at booking do not trust the front page photo it looks 20 times worse it was a bad hotel a cheap pick for who ever needs somewhere to sleep do not suggest coming here if you want to have any kind of fun

  All my hotel bookings were done by a travel agent and I will be letting her know that this is NOT a hotel to recommend.We only stayed for one night (thank god!) and the location wasn't great. Some other reviewers said that it had a view of the parthenon, but our had a view of the other buildings. The beds - 2 single which was unexpected! were fine BUTAs a lot of people have said before, the breakfast - I would classify as poor. We stayed in 4 hotels over our holidays, all 4 stars and this one definitely doesn't rate as a 4 star hotel comparing them with other European accommodation. Would definitely NOT recommend.

  Avoid! Stayed there as we we had four days in Athens before flying to Crete, and the trip was organised through travel company. Room - very basic, which we didn’t mind, however there is basic then there is basic. One power point in room where there was a socket adaptor - unsafe I would say. Old wires hanging from wall. Light switches and lights needed updating. A fridge that was used regularly - much needed. Beds were ok but only have you one pillow. I had to put the bed back together one night as it had come apart. Bathroom - ughh! Shower was small, old and had mould on sealant, slippy floor tiles, towel rail almost falling off wall. No window but was a weird vent that lead to a strange void between hotel and neighbours next door. Room also stunk of cigarettes. Floor and bed linen were clean - cleaner did the job well. Breakfast - irmmm! Powdered scrambles eggs, Greek sausages, hard boiled eggs, continental style etc, basic. Some of it edible and some not. Lack of tea bags in room and at breakfast. Location - mmm! Was a tube journey in (cheap 5 day travel card), however, walking down a semi dodgy area late at night was not great and feltUncomfortable. Ok If you want cheap and basic, but rooms on website are the more deluxe so go for them. Staff were mixed. Cleaner was cheerful, reception staff wasnt interested in complaints as we witnessed a Spanish lady and receptionist raising voices. Overall - disappointed with stay. Shall be writing to our travel company toRecommend this isn’t in their list!

  Enjoyable stay!

  Overall, an enjoyable stay.The hotel boasts a good location, with an underground station just five minutes away.The rooms are equipped with new and modern furniture, but there is one downside: the bathrooms are impossibly small and lack sufficient hangers. I spoke with the reception staff, and they informed me that most of the rooms have similar bathroom layouts.Parking spaces are limited, but the staff is willing to help if you provide them with your car keys.Breakfast is good, though I wouldn't say it's exceptional. The variety isn't extraordinary, and I wasn't very impressed with the quality. Despite these shortcomings, the staff truly made the difference. Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful and welcoming.

  Worst experience ever in a hotel!! Not even desserve 1 star.

  The worst hotel ever i had in my life!! This hotel is pretending for 4 stars, when 1 would even be too much! Nothing is going well there, starting from reception where the woman was unpolite, unfriendly... i had to change 3 times the room as bed was not large as requested, then water in the shower was boiling and eventually they gave me another room which was partially acceptable for 1 star hotel... but definitely not for 4 stars (check the pictures). No coffee nor water in the room. Breakfast is just disgusting!! (Previsously, we were in a 2 stars in Larissa, which was providing better food!!). Eggs are uneatable, fruits, cheeses and ham are the lowest quality you can find and i even did not know such a quality was allowed!! Bad experience ever... if you read this, i highly recommend you to find another hotel, even with lower stars, you might be better!!!
