  Nice hotel with lots of sports equipments (tennis, basketball, volleyball, gym, etc), two pools and a great staff especially the jumbo club team ! Lots of activities are proposed to have fun together. The location is in a calm neighborhood surrounded by nature. Rooms are clean and food is organic, vegetables served from their own garden.

  We had our wedding here ??

  We got married a year ago at the Miramare Hotel. A family member helped us to find the venue, as we wanted somewhere that all of our family could stay without having to travel to and from the main venue. We instantly fell in love with the Miramare because it had a very clean, homely feeling while supplying all of our needs through having everything on site. We have a lot of children in our family and wanted the children and parents to feel comfortable and safe. As most of our family were travelling from abroad we needed a reasonable price point for accommodation and for the wedding as a whole, everyone was so happy, and actually surprised at the high quality of the apartments in particular. The Miramare is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature, olive trees, jasmine flowers, and Erini the owner's daughter was so accommodating and helpful. Mary Pepe, the manager of the hotel helped us immensely with planning and organising, booking local hairdressers, booking flowers and anything extra that we requested from local suppliers. She took so much stress and guess work off our shoulders. We requested that our wedding ceremony be held down on the private beach, which was absolutely no problem. Almost everything we asked for, within reason, was supplied. The food was absolutely gorgeous and fresh. Everybody who travelled in from England, America, Ireland, Australia and around Europe was so impressed with the relaxed atmosphere and the attention to detail. We had about 90 guests at our wedding, and everybody had a wonderful time. It felt warm, and we felt very cared for. Everybody who came to our wedding wanted to come back to the Miramare Hotel for a reunion. Thank you so much for making our day so easy when it could have been so stressful.We’re now expecting our first child this Summer and cannot wait to return next year as a little family. I cannot recommend having your wedding or a family party at the Miramare Hotel more, it’s one of my fondest memories.

  The best experience of my life

  To say that this hotel was perfect would be an understatement. We had looked for a place for our wedding venue and had decided on Miramare due to the amazing communication and friendliness of Mary Pepe.When we arrived, we brought with us between 50 and 100 guests, all of whom stayed in gorgeous flats and rooms that were excellently designed and beautifully cleaned. The food was absolutely delicious. Every day we had the most terrific breakfast, and the food on our wedding night was absolutely sublime. We had met the head chef personally, and he put together unbelievable authentic Greek food for our wedding.Mary Pepe went out of her way to organise every aspect of the wedding, and the venue was absolutely perfect. The views on the beach made our wedding so special. The pools were perfect for all the kids from our friends and family to play in, and lounging by the gorgeous olive/jasmine tree in the evening with an ice-cold beer was absolutely amazing.We couldn't recommend this venue enough, both as a place to stay for your holiday and for a wedding venue. We want to sincerely thank the entire staff of the Miramare Hotel and, in particular, Mary Pepe, who went above and beyond for everything. Thank you so much, Matthew and Siofra.

  Wonderful holiday

  We are two adults and two young children who have just returned home from a wonderful stay at the Miramare Hotel in Eretria, Evia. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, which can be accessed through a tunnel. It is surrounded by beautiful fields and mountains, where many of the vegetables served in the restaurant are grown—pretty amazing!Although the hotel is situated next to a fairly small but noisy road, this did not bother us since we spent most of our time enjoying the hotel's amenities. The hotel and our room had an old-fashioned charm, but everything was clean, and the garden surrounding the hotel was lovely and well-maintained. The staff was amazing, both at the pool bar and at the reception.I especially want to highlight the hotel owners, particularly the elderly couple, who were incredibly nice and welcoming to us and our two boys, making our stay at the Miramare Hotel feel like a home away from home.The food in the restaurant was magnificent and among the best I have ever had in Greece.I offer my highest recommendations and best wishes to the staff and the entire family responsible for running the hotel.   We stayed here for a week – a family with two children and two grandchildren. It's a family hotel, and not small at all. It offers ninety-six rooms and suites. The grounds are vast, with two swimming pools and a small water park for children. Finding sunbeds is no problem.The hotel's concept is to offer what you need. And it meets 95% of those expectations. What's the difference? Well, food is only served during set hours. These hours aren't long. The food is home-cooked, with an emphasis on Greek specialties, which I consider a plus. The kids will enjoy the pasta, rice, pancakes, or burgers with ketchup. That's life. Authentic Greek food is definitely excellent.If you're looking for a flaw, you'll probably find something. The two middle-aged men at the pool bar can't help but smile. That's their charm.In summary – a good place for a family vacation away from the city.
