This club resort and spa hotel is ideally situated in the centre of the lively town of Kamena Vourla, which is well-known for its hot springs and their therapeutically qualities. The location combines the freshness of the mountains and the breeze of the sea. Within reach of the city of Athens (150 km to the north), the hotel nestles in a valley of eucalyptus trees and is an ideal starting point for extensive walking and hiking tours, trips to the nearby ski centre of Parnassos Mountain or for excursions to the Meteora monasteries, Delphi, Thermopiles and many other points of interest. Guests will find a number of shops and boutiques in the hotel's vicinity.

10 junior suites, 4 suites and 210 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by a lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. The saltwater pools (in part heated) of the pool complex make for pleasant swimming (for a fee). When the sun is shining, a dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is highly recommended. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the 2 indoor pools. There is a children's swimming area as well. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The resort's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Table tennis and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym, are among the sport and leisure options available. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Just returned from 4 days at this resort. Second time visiting. Can't fault this place it's absolutely wonderful.Spa area and staff are incredible especially a young lady called Marylou who was particularly kind sweet and helpful. The food was plentiful varied and extremely tasty. Excellent gym with everything you need which we used twice a day! ????Beds very comfortable with a memory foam mattress on top.Plenty of staff always around to help and always smiling and happy.All inclusive cocktail were amazing..See you next year ??

We had some amazing time during our stay at this fantastic hotel, highlighting the beach bar and the perfect service especially from Vanghelis and Cleopatra ?? Definitely will come back in future.

I would like to express my general dissatisfaction for the service I received in an establishment that is pompously advertised as a 5 star hotel.1. Building: the building is impressive and worth mentioning, however its conditions, especially the interior, are close to miserable. As an example, somebody had to come up with some emergency containment after the roof was dripping during a storm. Also, the general decor is neglected: the lobby is empty and uninviting. The walls are also mostly empty. The indoor pool area area has seen better times: an employee kindly asked us not to use one of the niche showers due to malfunction. 2. Gardens and outdoor pool area: the state of the greenery is generally poor: the lawn is dry everywhere, the trees do not look overly healthy either. This is in obvious contrast with the ads in the internet, which create very different expectations. In fact the lavish green garden pictured in the ads is what convinced me to book my stay here: this is deceiving. 3. Food and restaurant: the food is good (not outstanding) but the ambiance is more that of a canteen. This is far from what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. 4. Rooms: they need a thorough refurbishment as they seem frozen in the nineties. The cleanliness, however, is good. 5. Beach area: OK, but it could be looked after and cleaned somewhat better (cigarette butts and trash everywhere) .6. Outdoor pool: the hotel has a policy according to which blocking the sunbeds by guests before they go elsewhere to do as they please is not allowed. Unfortunately people’s rudeness can’t be helped, but such a policy is worth zero if it is not enforced: I asked different staff members but it was nobody's responsibility to do something about it.7. These remarks have been made to the management but a feedback is still outstanding: this gives the measure about how they care about their customers. By the way: many of the shortcomings I mention here were put forward by other customers more than one year ago. No action has been taken since.

A Relaxing and Enjoyable Family Holiday

We chose Mitsis Galini Resort for this year’s main holiday and had a lovely stay. The hotel offers great value for money, the food was good with plenty of variety, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned every day, which we really appreciated.The resort is in a great location, with direct access to the sea and its wonderful thermal waters, making it a perfect place to relax.A special thank you to Ilia, who was serving at the pool. His kindness, warm smile, and friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.One small suggestion that would make the resort even better would be to add a small water park or a few more water slides for children. It would be a fantastic addition for families.We wish the entire Mitsis Galini Resort team continued success and look forward to visiting again!
