  We stayed at this hotel for 8 days. From the second day we had a problem with the aggressive stray dog who sleeps at this hotel. The dog was barking and growling at us. Especially during the night. He attacked several times and also bited my partner. Manager of this hotel was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was protecting the dog and blamed us for the the attacts. We were in the room most of the staying after the dog bite. We were upset. We wanted some help. We didn't feel safe in that hotel. The manager told us to go to the room and it felt like we were in the prison there. The only solution she was suggesting was to kill the dog. She told us several times to kill the dog. She didn't want to give us police number. We googled it and called the police to find the solution. There are many stray dogs there, but this one who sleeps in the hotel and they treat it like a pet is very aggressive. The dog has a scar on it's neck from previous fights. It's not safe. Also the hotel is called pet friendly, but it's not. They only keep that dog to bark and attack people. It was attacking others too, also children.We decided to leave the hotel 2 days earlier because of their behavior. It's not normal to protect the aggressive stray dog over the man. Also it was unacceptable for the manager to not give us the police number. She was blaming us that we made her problems. She said that we called the police and the agency. She ruined our staying, our holiday. She didn't want to call the owner. I assume that the owner is not informed how she treats guests.Greece lives from tourism. That's nor the way you treat the tourist. We emailed the Ministry of tourism about this problem. Also I hope someone will call sanitary inspection. This hotel is bad. I do not recommend it.As a foreign citizen, you should feel safe and protected in another country. Greece is a member of the European Union, it lives from tourism and something like this is unacceptable.

  Great Hotel, great Beach bar in best part of Nei Poroi

  Very very nice Hotel. Big room, enough space, very clean. Bathroom also spacious and clean We got fresh towels and linen every day. Breakfast also very good. Staff are kind and helpful. Better than any place we stayed in Greece so far. It is really not typical greek acommodation.There's enough parking place all around.Accros the street is very nice restaurant and beach bar, big and enough for everyone so we never had feeling that it's crowded

  Amazing hotel that is beach front. Friendly staff, good food at hotels own restaurant both authentic greek and western. Many beach beds on the beach. Room was 5 star in terms of size and facilities and comfort. Only thing missing is a swimming pool.

  My wife and our baby girls stayed here for 6 amazing days. The hotel is super clean, it's right on the beach, and the staff is really accommodating, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Dimitra, the hotel`s front desk receptionist who made our experience seamless and helped us right from the booking, until the end. When you have someone as positive and competent as her, practically running things day-in and day-out, you are sure to have a great experience. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone seeking peace, comfort, and convenience in Neoi Poroi, especially if you`re a young family with small children :)

  Great staff, perfect location, super clean, best beach bar, modern rooms

  We just got back from one of our best vacation so far after spending 10 wonderfull days in this hotel .We are a young family with 2 small children and because of that, it's hard to find a hotel that best fits all of our needs, that is to have an accomodation very close to the beach, with large playground, a lot of natural shadow for the kids to play around, good food, very clean, large and confy beds, big rooms , sandy beach, clean sea water and a beach bar. But this hotel has it all, and on top of that, the most friendly and helpfull staff. Here everybody is smiling and is ready to make your stay as confortable as it can be. Special thanks to Dimitra, Kiko, all the ladies in restaurant and of course the boys from the bar, the 5 star reviews are first of all thanks to you. Best customer service we've had so far. So thank you all for making our stay so pleasant.We will definetly go back here in the future.
