  An old but good for couple of nights

  Palladion located in thr centre and is very old hotel.But the room was huge with nice ac and fridge.Also has a restaurant and the prices are very good.The hotel has huge parkingThe personnel is very nice and helpfulFor a couple of nights is good

  Bad behavior from staff

  Location Location was good, near to cafes, supermarket and medical stores. However it’s bit far from the lake side.RoomsRooms were very big with all the facilities. Breakfast was normal nothing special.StaffWe had some issues with the toilet flush on one morning and when I informed the same to the hotel staff I was surprised with their response. Instead of helping or give me a some assurance that it will be fixed later the response from the front desk was “what we can do about it “. Common guys when your guest is in trouble with the hotel facilities you cannot give a response like this. This is a very good example how one hotel staff behavior can create a negative impression on you. I’m a traveler for the past 10 years or so and this is the first time a hotel staff responding to me like this.

  A very tired, old hotel

  Our room was extremely basic and sparsely furnished. In dire need of renovation. There wasn't even a carpet or rug on the floor in November. When I complained the member of staff merely commented that not all the rooms had been renovated. 65 euros for one night including a very basic cold buffet breakfast.

  The hotel is old and could use an update. Rooms are clean - although fellow travelers experienced they were made up every day! (Mine was). Rooms facing the street might be affected by traffic noise. Breakfast is not very fancy, and the coffee machine could definitely need an update! But as for fried eggs or omelet, and it will be served.

  Polite staff, very clean rooms, big spaces and warm, old fashioned hotel, in a very strategic location. BUT there is no WiFi service despite the assurances of the staff!!!!Five days with no WiFi is an uneasy situation!!!
