Parga is a tiny cove in mainland Greece in the historical region of Epirus, which offers views of the islands of Paxi and Antipaxi. The centre of Parga is 2 km from the hotel, which is situated right on the beachfront.

An amazing stay, stunning area, very close to the beach, very helpful and friendly staff

The service is incredible and the views and proximity to the stunning Valtos Beach and incomprehensible. The rooms are very clean and are all so close to the beach. It is very family friendly and the atmosphere is great. The buffet is very nice and all the staff are friendly, helpful, and very hospitable. Xristos from the breakfast area was very good and helpful. Overall, I will definitely be staying here again, it is the best resort I have been to.

It was an extraordinary experience! The staff is very friendly, hostly and always in your disposal. It is very clean, full of trees and great for kids! The buffet has a great variety, ideal for every kind of taste!

Disappointing food and children’s activities at €800 a night

We stayed here as a family and paid around €800 per night with half board. At that price, we expected good food and the children’s activities that had been advertised. Unfortunately, both were a major disappointment.The food was poor throughout our stay, including at the à la carte restaurants. The ingredients tasted so low quality that at times it was hard to tell whether a dish contained chicken, beef or pork. Even the restaurant associated with a two-Michelin-star chef was disappointing (we were served stale bread, and the meal itself was among the worst we had at the hotel). The cocktails were below average too.We had also looked forward to the advertised children’s activities, such as cooking and pottery. During our stay, those activities never actually took place. In practice, it was supervised time where the children mostly drew pictures, while the activity name changed from session to session.We raised our concerns with the hotel, and they refunded the cost of our half board. We appreciated the gesture, but a refund was never what we wanted. We had chosen and paid for a holiday where we could enjoy the facilities and eat well together as a family.If food quality and meaningful children’s activities matter to you, I would think carefully before booking, particularly at this price.

Having only visited Greece once before we found this resort and hotel to be so chic and classy, the team of people keeping things running could not have been more helpful or professional, we won’t name names but these people are the reason we will return, plus the weather, beach, location…
