Located just 400 m from the world-famous Delphi archaeological excavation site, this hotel lies just a few minutes walk from links to the public transport network. We Heard Everything, really

One night in Delphi, a clean, well-kept room and a friendly welcome at check-in — no complaints there. The trouble started at 5am, when we were woken up by some particularly energetic, anything-but-quiet activity coming from a room on our floor, going on for over twenty minutes without a break. We knocked, and heard other guests doing the same in the corridor: zero reaction, zero let-up, as if it were nobody’s problem. Several families with young children were staying on our floor, by the way — who found themselves, through no fault of their own, dealing with a scene that was, to put it mildly, out of place.The real issue, though, isn’t the incident itself: it’s proof that the rooms don’t insulate against literally anything. From our room we could clearly hear footsteps, breathing, and even the toilet flushing next door — a sign of doors with no perimeter seals that slam straight into the frame, and partition walls so thin they might as well be drywall, nowhere near the mass you’d expect for decent sound comfort. The next morning, several visibly exhausted children on the same floor suggest ours wasn’t the only night ruined.When we reported it at the bar the next morning, the response was curt and defensive: “why didn’t you call reception?” — as if the problem were ours. For a place charging these prices, I’d expect at least walls that do their job, plus a bit more willingness to listen to a guest reporting a genuine problem. Needs fixing. Seriously.

Very good breakfast and the hosting it was excellent.We arrive really late and they wait for us. When we are living they are giving by feee extra bottle of cold water.In summary perfect relation quality/costs. Rooms were nice and clean. Some minor repairs are needed and the shower water pressure was poor. Breakfast was incredible as was the attention to coffee making.Location was excellent. Excellent accommodations, possibly the best in town for the price! Reminded me of a 'pensione' from a E.M. Forster novel. Best breakfast buffet too! Management are there when you need them. You get the feeling that the owners really care about you!
