Very disappointing experience – far below what we expected from RamadaThe hotel benefits from a very good location, but unfortunately this was one of the few genuinely positive aspects of our stay.The property feels old and poorly maintained. The furniture is dated, several areas were noticeably dusty, and even the hallways showed clear signs of neglect, including damaged or missing floor tiles. The facilities are average at best and the hotel is clearly in need of substantial renovation.The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. Both the food and the drinks were of poor quality and certainly not at the level we expected from a hotel carrying the Ramada name.But by far the most unacceptable aspect was the behaviour of the restaurant manager towards our group. His attitude was arrogant, rude and completely unprofessional. During our interaction, he showed a serious lack of respect and even used insulting language towards members of our group.This is simply unacceptable in hospitality. A guest may occasionally encounter an old room, disappointing food or maintenance issues, but being treated disrespectfully and insulted by a member of the management is an entirely different matter.The general attitude and level of service from the staff were also below expectations.Unfortunately, the excellent location cannot compensate for an ageing and poorly maintained property, mediocre facilities, poor restaurant quality and, above all, such unacceptable behaviour from a restaurant manager.This experience was far below the standards we associate with the Ramada brand, and management should seriously review both the condition of the property and the way guests are treated.

Hotel reviewWe had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and relaxing hotel. The location is excellent, with a private beach, a beautiful pool overlooking the sea, and a separate children’s pool. The terrace with a view is also a lovely place to relax, and free parking is a real plus.We stayed in a suite with a sea view, and it was fantastic. The terrace was very spacious and the view was absolutely magnificent. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely come back!

In general, the hotel was fine. Nothing was bad. Most of the things that we expected were nice such as breakfast, sea quality and the room. The only thing that could be improved was the cleaning of the rooms. In conclusion, we had such a nice vacation and enjoyed it.

Overall a good stay. Liked the various breakfast options, the pool views are amazing. The restaurant is good too, we had dinner a couple of times there and it was always delicious and all the waiters were attentive and friendly - Toli, Pana and Nicole. The downsides - 1. I wasn't recognized as a Wyndham Diamond status member and we didn't get a room upgrade promised for Diamond members. The manager Dafni did a lot to make it up for us though and apologized promptly and treated as very well to compensate us for this. Thank you very much Dafni! 2. The flies and mosquitoes especially at the outside dining area were a big problem...ants on the 1st floor patio too ...if they can maybe do something about this it will be much more comfortable and enjoyable stay.Overall we will consider definitely going back there again.

* Our final stop on our one-week trip to Greece was the Ramada Dedeagaç, a hotel particularly favoured by Turkish families who come to Dedeagaç for shopping at the weekend. This is evident from the number plates of the cars parked in the hotel car park and the guests having breakfast in the breakfast room. The hotel is very nice. The dining rooms, staff and hotel rooms are very nice. Its location right on the beach, with a pool between the hotel and the sea, and a poolside bar, makes it a great option for guests visiting, especially in the summer months. Even though we stayed at the hotel in December, one would want to come here in the summer. I definitely recommend it.
