    We picked this hotel because it's in a quiet part of town and close to the Indian trails. Decent room, just large enough. Free parking. Good breakfast served poolside. Pool was welcome in the 100 degree weather.

    This location is perfect, pool and spa very nice.my room was large and well equipped. Staff is very accommodating, Galen the manager top knotch. We'll kept property. 100% happy.

    Be Wary of This Best Western Location

    I stayed at this location back in May of 2021, and found it so poorly maintain that I vowed never to return. So imagine my surprise this morning when I noticed a reservation, to begin on 2/6/2026, that was fraudulently made in my name at this hotel. More suspicious, the reservation and emailed confirmation were made the day before, on 2/5/2026. When I called the franchise owner this morning (2/6/2026), I was rudely dismissed. When I called the corporate Customer Service (C.S.), I was kindly assisted. After they contacted the franchise owner, C.S. told me he said, "that it was too late to cancel without penalty, but he would do me the courtesy of canceling the reservation without charge this time." His false courtesy belies the fraudulent booking made with such short notice. One has to wonder how the customer information required to make a reservation was accessed? Galen C, General Manager at Best Western Inn At Palm Springs, responded to this review Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We take matters involving reservations and guest information very seriously, and we want to be clear that we have no record of creating or authorizing fraudulent bookings on behalf of any guest.All reservations at our property are made either directly by the guest, through Best Western’s central system, or through authorized third-party channels. We do not have access to personal information beyond what is provided at the time of booking, and we do not initiate reservations without guest authorization.

    This hotel in Palm Springs is located near my work so it’s very accessible. It is more of a motel style of accommodation but it is good value for the price. Breakfast can be better. Room is good.

    No more Best Westerns

    We booked this for a cheer competition and can confirm, we will never book with Best Western ever again. We signed up for the Best Western rewards program and made sure we had the fully refundable rate. However, we attempted to cancel one day and they couldn't allow it, because they did not have any rooms available with two queen beds. This makes no sense to me...we were staying in a room with 2 queen beds, but they could not guarantee us that room if we changed any of the days of our reservation. Galen C, General Manager at Best Western Inn At Palm Springs, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration surrounding your reservation. I understand how confusing and disappointing that experience must have been, especially when you had planned ahead and selected a refundable rate for a busy event weekend. During high-demand periods like competitions, our room types can sell out quickly, and even small changes to dates can require us to recheck availability by room type.
