  Disappointing and misleading advertising. Rooms not as advertised and balconies tiny, hot and unusable. Dreadful.

  Previous guests have had similar complaints about this property and the owners have accused the guests of not wanting to pay and in our case, we were threatened with slander for voicing our complaint. I expect the owners will make the same accusations against this review. However, we left this property early for the reasons below after we paid in advance and in full for this dreadful room in Anasa Corfu and we booked a much nicer place in Corfu town for far less than Anasa Corfu charged us. Full review is below. Unfortunately, our experience at Anasa Corfu was very disappointing. The rooms did not resemble the advertised photos – they were much smaller and very basic in comparison. The balcony was unusable, as it was exposed to direct sunlight all day without any canopy or shade, which made it extremely uncomfortable, literally resembling a very tiny sauna. On arrival, there was no one at reception to welcome or assist us, which left a poor first impression. The guest is expected to walk to the bar area across a poorly lit garden area, where a member of staff is serving a small number of guests, there is no signage in reception to let the guest know this. The restaurant food was of very low quality and not enjoyable. A mushroom risotto we ordered tasted and resembled a very bland mushroom soup and the number of mosquitos around the property made our stay even more unpleasant. The swimming pool here is tiny with a limited number of pool chairs available. In addition, the road leading to the property is unsafe, and it is located far from the main road, which makes access difficult. The bus will not take you directly here, you will need to walk on a very busy and dangerous road to reach this accommodation if you don't have a car. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations and did not provide good value for money. I would strongly not recommend this property. There is much better, cleaner and honestly advertised accommodation in Corfu, do not waste your money booking at this place.

  Excellent place, great sea views, delicious food

  What a fantastic gem, we loved our time here!Perfect sea views with a magical sunrise directly from the room, excellent services across everything: look and feel of the property, room cleanliness, pool cleaned every night, great energy of the staff, delicious food (grilled squid, fish fillet, the orange and the chocolate cakes were amazing, we tried them a few times :) all at the on premises restaurant.Everything was perfect.

  The hotel itself is gorgeous, with views to die for. However, the room we were placed in, although absolutely stunning, the electrics continuously cut out meaning we could not charge anything, the lights wouldn’t work and the aircon would not work. We spoke to reception the first time it happened, it came back on and within 5 minutes turned back off again and didn’t start working until an hour later. The following day it happened again, this time it would come back on, then turn itself off, this happened around 6 times in the space of an hour. We spoke to reception via email and were told we were unable to move rooms and basically there was nothing they could do to help us. We had to leave and find somewhere else to stay as no one can stay in a room with no electrics especially not in 37 degree heat! The communication between reception and ourselves was minimal and they just did not seem interested in helping us out. We have not been refunded for the two nights we lost out on staying even though we have emailed and tried to get a refund, once again no communication and they have just completely ignored our emails. We understand issues like this happen, but they did nothing to help resolve this and did not even try to communicate with us, the gentleman in reception who i believe is the owner made snide remarks about it being our fault and that we ‘Cannot charge multiple devices at a time’ which we wasn’t. ‘Your key card needs to be in the machine for the electrics to work’ Which it was and continued to belittle us and make us feel as though it was our fault. Would not stay again due to these issues.

  enjoy nice surroundings and relaxing atmosphere

  We liked friendly atmosphere in the hotel. Staff was ready to help or advise with anything. We arrived too early for check in, but they managed to make the waiting time a pleasant experience for us. Rooms were cleaned daily and everything was in order the whole time. And we also loved the food from hotel restaurant - even if the portions were too big for us :D Extra points for really beautiful views from the room And, special thanks for all the tips for nice beaches around the island :)

  Stayed at this beautiful hotel for 10 nights.Booked a suite which was very nice.This is a small boutique type of hotel.Perfect location with views un-rivalled.The food is excellent-The bar staff and the cleaning ladies where all super friendly.Our only gripe would be that the receptionist wasnt very helpful, she was quite abrubt when I did ask her a few things.However if there had been a welcome pack in our room- or even in the small reception,detailing how to get about- places to go, supermarkets etc then I would not have needed to ask.Never stayed anywhere that there wasnt even the most basic of info in the room.Not everyone wants to find things out on google and nor should they.All that aside we had a fantastic holiday-
