  Fabulous Apartments

  I was staying here initially with a friend after we had done a yoga retreat elsewhere. We where in room 3, which is perfectly fine for us. Twin beds were plenty big enough for us both, the bathroom was a good size and everything worked as it should. The kitchen area had what it needed, not that we cooked. Vivienne who looked after the rooms was absolutely lovely and helpful, she took time to explain everything to us.The pool area was very clean and well kept as were the toilets near the pool area. There was also an area where perhaps there was a bar, but it had a seated area where we had pizza and looked over the bay. Fabulous.Our husbands turned up and my friends moved to her apartment. My husband unfortunately kept hitting his head on a beam in our room. We spoke to the owner who without hesitation moved us to another room, room 6 (additional cost as it was two beds) which was much bigger and taller. We were very grateful. Again this room was fab, well equipped and had great views over the bay and village.I cannot recommend this apartments enough, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it was quiet, great views, helpful owners and Vivienne was lovely.The actual village is a 15 walk down hill (bit of a slog coming back up) but there is plenty to do down there, lots of nice restaurants. The beach side restaurants provide beds to you free if you eat and drink with them. They have beach service too. The restaurant we favoured more was thaassas, I would avoid the ark, very pretentious, expensive and the food was ok. There doesn't appear to be too many loud bars which is also good. There is Funkyland on the corner where you can get cocktails etc, always has sport on. They also charge you for your fruit in the cocktail too, they are by far the most expensive. As you walk down the main street towards the beach, there is a waffles place on your right, OMG the waffles with fruit and yoghurt was heaven on the plate. Likewise their pancakes were the best. Avoid the place opposite, not great pancakes.There is a supermarket close to the apartments with a good selection of fresh produce, drinks etc.

  Lovely clean well looked after apartments at end of town Mary is a lovely person and welcomes you with open arms an a big kiss rooms are all you need small kitchen with 2hobs kettle fridge and toaster

  Nice and clean apartment away from crowds with stunning bay views, perfect for having a drink on the balcony and enjoy those incredible sunsets views. Best place for relaxation. thank you for make our stay so nice.

  A lovely place inside the nature

  The rooms are clean and tidy. It has two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children. The sea is some 50 meters walking downstairs. Villa Maria is encircled from olive trees, Actually it combines mountain and sea.The view from the balcony is awesome. You can see the enormous cliffs of Agios Gordios and the sea.

  We stayed here for 1 week in September 2016. We rented a first floor apartment. The interior was very basic, but the views from the balcony and the pool are amazing. We spend most of our time on the spacious balcony. All in all, we liked the place.
