    Worst holiday I have ever had in my life, the owners Costa and Mady should never be in business terrible people just interested in your money not you as a guest on holiday such a shame as it is a beautiful place the scenery is stunning sorry spoilt by the owners terrible people

    It was terrible the toilet wouldn't flush the man was terrible with and he said he wanted 20 Euros. To fix it the lady was ok.i

    Terrible toilet would not flush and it was like for 11 nights it sunk and they guy wanted was 20 Euros to fix it it was terrible and he did not like me

    Beautiful place, stunning views. The place was immaculate, the food was amazing. Beautiful clean pool. the owners treated us like family, very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely go back.

    A wonderful, peaceful family-run hotel located in the prettiest part of Corfu

    My wife decided to book us a week's half board here because she'd stayed here before (with one of our daughters) and really liked it. I know Greece very well, having lived and worked in the country at one point, but I'd never been to Corfu. My first impression was how beautiful the island is (very different to many other Greek islands I've visited) and north Corfu is the best of the best - lovely beaches and bays, very green, mountainous....just very picturesque. The hotel was exactly what I was hoping for: the opposite of all those characterless, all-inclusive, sprawling complexes which seem to be popping up everywhere. Our room was basic, but had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and air con on demand (an optional extra). The hotel was quiet and peaceful and the hosts Maddy and Costa (who built the place over 30 years ago) were friendly and engaging. The food was excellent, and so was the environment. There was a beautiful pool which we had almost exclusively to ourselves, a lovely shallow beach about 10 mins walk down the hill. Kassiopi was only 10 mins away by either bus or taxi, and we were surrounded by fruit trees, dripping with apricots, tangerines and other citrus fruits. Costa generously told us we could pick as many as we liked because he couldn't harvest them quickly enough! We loved this place and we're definitely planning to return. I've read some of the other less flattering reviews about Apraos Bay Hotel and I can't understand what people were complaining about. If you want a glitzy could-be-anywhere chain hotel, then stay somewhere else with you and your soulless mates. This is not for you. But it is for me.
