    Over and above. Wheelchair difficulty at entrance. Within 2 hours they had found a carpenter and had a ramp made. Just so grateful. Never had customer service like this. Thank you so much. From ‘your highness’

    Very disappointed with our stay Yes the staff were wonderful and the apartment was spotlessly clean but oh the bathroom needs a lot to be desired It floods every time you shower and my husband slipped on the floor cause it was so wet It needs shelves to put your toiletries o n We paid extra for a pool view but instead we were looking at the supermarket across the road It was very noisy all day because of motorbikes cars and vans coming by all day and well into the night I think you should advise that the upstairs rooms has two lots of stairs and is not suitable for people with walking difficulties as we both are .The pool was nice but needs some maintenance around it Broken crazy paving and quite dangerous if you don't watch where you are walking The beach was very nearby but we only went once cause it was very cold and windy so we spent most of the week in our room with the aircon turned up to keep warm .We won't go to this hotel again because it's not suitable for the disabled A few pictures on the walls in the room might make it feel a bit more homely too All in all we were glad to get home

    Just returned from a week in the Aquarias Hotel, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the room we had was good , clean with everything we needed, shower gel included.The pool was lovely too , we were given towels to use around the pool, this helps if you are travelling light.Breakfast , over the road at ZaZu was included and had all you needed, either tasty Greek yoghurt with fresh fruit ,nuts, honey etc or eggs bacon etc We ate in the evenings there a few times because the food cooked on the wood fired oven was delicious, and the staff there again are lovely Would definitely recommend and would return again

    The pool view rooms are really cosy with a good view from the balcony. The rooms got cleaned everyday without fail and even though the bathroom gets quite flooded due to the lack of shower curtain it dries pretty quick with no bother. The staff are lovely and welcoming and willing to help with anything you need. The location is extremely close to the beach and several shops that sell literally anything you can think of plus lovely restaurants and cosy bars. Really recommend this hotel for couples and small families.

    Charming and cristal clear hotel with the kindest team

    Eleni the owner and the whole staff was the kindest team I have ever met during a holiday. The hotel is cristal clear, rooms has everyday cleaning service and new towels provided also. Perfectly equipped, they thought for every tiny detail. There was no question or request without an answer, within short time - before our arrival or during our stay as well. The hotel’s restaurant is so charming and has really delicious food with great selection. We have got airport transfer on both way and also able to rent a car from hotel on much reasonable price if we would choose any other rental service. A beautiful, clear sandy beach from the hotel cannot be closer, only 100m walk, area sorrounded with great bars with live music and cosy fantastic restaurants. Sunbed sets can be rented between 10-35EUR. The neighborhood at night is preatty quiet and the shops are available only some steps fron hotel’s door and open till 0:00. Recommend to choose this lovely hotel for your holiday!
