  We returned to this stunning hotel after a lovely week last year. It’s so beautiful, so quiet and the sea views are amazing. Nestled in the mountains and forests at the back with beautiful grounds to the front and sides and what makes this hotel outstanding is the lovely friendly people who own and work here. The beach is directly across the road from the hotel down a flight of steps. There is a seating area at the top of the stairs overlooking the sea. There’s a w.c and shower by the seating area. Snacks, sandwiches, baguettes etc and drinks can be ordered to take away with you from the hotel bar. There are @ 20 rooms at the hotel so it has a nice chilled out vibe and has a ground floor seating area with books, tv. There is a supermarket @ 5 minute walk if you turn left and another one @ 10 minute walk if you turn right down the hill. There are also a few tavernas in both directions. The hotel serves breakfast which includes scrambled and boiled eggs, Greek yoghurt, fruit, a selection of pastries, cheese, ham, toast, croissants, cereals, savouries etc plus fruit juice, tea and coffee. During the day and evening you can order food and drinks from the bar by the pool and sit in or outside. The pool area is very quiet, relaxing and chilled out and definitely no rush or queues for sun-beds here. We stayed in a sea facing room on the 1st floor which had a spacious balcony and comfortable relaxing outdoor seating. The views from our balcony were stunning with amazing sea views and apart from some traffic noise from the road it was blissfully quiet, so quiet all you can hear is the sea water and birdsong. The room had ample storage, black out curtains, comfortable bed, a safe (free to use) and air conditioning (10€ per day) however we didn’t need this as the room was cool. Bathroom has a step in large shower and soap and shower gel are provided along with towels and beach towels. There’s an ironing room you can use and hair dryer in the room. The hotel is @ 30 minutes from Corfu airport and it’s @ the same distance to the old town in Corfu. Buses are available outside the hotel or you can order taxis from the hotel. Also Uber service is available. A special mention to Fortini who was so lovely and made us feel so welcome

  Nice boutique style family run hotel. Lovely homemade food and great drinks. Nice setting and great beach bar but there are a few issues:Intermittent WiFi, constantly drops in and outInconsistent shower temp, some days freezing cold others roasting hot!Room not ready well after check in timeCheap basic updates to the roomsTowels only changed every other dayWasps/flies/mosquitoes can’t be helped but they are crawling over all the buffet food. They should have dish covers/nettingPoor quality furniture/misshapen sizes of mirrors and sideboard.We were given new renovated room and not the mountain view room we’d paid for but no explanation as to why.Toilets at pool and beach bar are terrible, broken locks no lights and no hand towels.Could be a lot better but improvements need to be done to much higher standard as they feel cheap currently.

  Front sea view rooms are good but small. Very clean on room service every day. Friendly staff Especially Evea and her Mum! Eves recommend some very good restaurants and things to do locally. It’s best to have a car if u want to see the area. We tried the Green Bus which was ok but erratic service. We used the private beach every day as it was very hot! And we just wanted to chill out. Lots of steps to the hotel and the beach. Very busy road to cross to the Beach Bar which was lovely overlooking the sea. We were on B&B but breakfast needed more fresh fruit as only tin peaches every day! Pastries were good. We had dinner only a couple of times there. We didn’t eat the Buffet but chose from the menu which was ok. And they gave u free cake to finish your meal which was a nice touch.

  Beautiful and Relaxing

  Lovely authentic hotel with very friendly staff. We were the first to arrive so had a choice of rooms and would definitely recommend the upstairs sea view rooms as the view is spectacular. The beach is right across the road and is absolutely stunning, very shallow water and shingle/pebbles so take beach shoes for the water. You can take deckchairs and umbrellas from the beach bar down the steps to the beach. We had the beach to ourselves on most days. The beach bar is pretty and you can buy food and drinks all day til 6 pm. There are also sun loungers at the bar if you want to stay there instead of the beach. There’s a pool with sun loungers at the hotel and a pool bar. Our room was clean and has a free safe to use. We didn’t need air con so can’t comment on that but it’s there if you need it but thinks it’s chargeable. Shower in bathroom amazing. There’s a smart tv but couldn’t find English channels however we logged into our Netflix. Hairdryer in cupboard. No kettle or tea coffee but we bought our own.There’s a supermarket @ 15 minute walk away which sells everything and a few tavernas nearby. We opted for half board with continental breakfast with eggs toast croissants pastries fruit coffee juices. Dinner included salad and a meat main course plus vegan option. Evening drinks are not included. There’s a green line bus stop across from the hotel and blue line which goes to Corfu town is @ 10 minute walk away. There’s some noise from the road outside but you can’t hear this in the room or on the beach. If you like a total relaxing chilled getaway from it all holiday this is the perfect place and the friendly staff, stunning beach and beautiful green surroundings really make this a perfect getaway

  Clean, Non pretentious & welcoming.

  A wonderful small hotel that doesn't try to pretend that its not 3 Star. Great service lovely food and very clean. Beds very comfortable and really nice touch to have beach towels. We decided on half board which was a great move as the evening buffet of varied traditional Greek starters and mains were delicious! We were planning to go to local Taverna but decided that the Hotel food was just so good it wasn't worth it. The staff were all very helpful & friendly. The Receptionist got us a great deal on a hire car from local supplier.The Beach Bar was superb. Best large glass of Ice-cold draft Mythos certainly hit the spot together with excellent lunchtime Club Sandwich.One of the best 3 Star Hotels I have ever stayed in!!
