  Arrived at night (actually in June 2018, not 2019), didn't find any personal, so could not get a RESERVED AND PAID room, had to get another hotel. Next day tried to connect -- no luck. So we remained in Seabird hotel for the rest of our vacation.The Barbayannis Studios -- never again.

  I am not a picky person and i was not expecting anything fancy for the price we pay.The room was not that bad, but the owners were one of a kind. Not only that they do not speak English, but they also have no boundaries. They barge in with their key without even knocking to turn off the air conditioner or to clean the room while we are still in bed. Even when chilling in the balcony the owners would still complain about something like asking to turn off the air conditioner or etc. Also the electricity was out a several times. The bathroom was not in the best condition. There was a fridge and a kettle, two mugs, one metal spoon and one plastic spoon. There were two beds, but if you wish you can stack them together. The wifi was free but rather slow.We got a room with a view to the sea (If I remember correctly it was room 10). The view was really nice, we could see the sea and very beautiful mountains. Also the beach was not very far (about 10 minutes). On that beach the rent for the sunbeds was 6 or 8 euros for the day (two beds and umbrella). The bus stop is 5 minutes away and from there you can go pretty much anywhere in the island.Overall I the stay was shocking for us because we never experienced anything like that with the staff, but it was a new interesting experience and also you get what you pay for. But regardless the staff, the stay was fine, the room itself was also fine and the location was also really good. Nonetheless I would not choose to stay there again.

  What an awful placeDo not stay there such an oppressive roomRude landlords and dirtySupposed to be self catering all you get is 2 cups 1 spoon a kettle and an old filthy fridge.You couldn’t eat in there no plates or cutlery Beautiful area and beach with lovely taverna on it called the marguerite beach well worth a visit with hotel at backNext time we will stay thereAlso got told off for putting air conditioners on for 2 minutes I wanted to cry when we got there as we booked it for my birthday

  horrible place, horrible people, also mistreading there dog, horrible holidays, its very dirty place, matrace at least 50 years old, the owners are very rude and unfriendly and they mistread there dog behind the house, tie him with out water, horrible conditions.

  I was under no illusions when I booked. The rooms are very basic, the actual sleeping area is fine two single beds, dressing table and wardrobe. There is also a fridge and a kettle. The bathroom is very grubby and not overly clean. The location is perfect, lots of nice restaurants and 5/7 walk to beach.My main gripe was we asked to keep he room on for an extra hour and were told no even the they still had available rooms on booking.com. There is no shower room and your luggage can only be left outside the owners house (they live next door)I also got in trouble twice from what I am assuming is the mother of the owner for having a light on and for having the air con on during the day, I think this was quite assuming as I am 39!!If you are looking for no frills cheap accommodation then this is fine, otherwise maybe not
